Vinegar Dry Noodles ($45): I’ve been living in Taiwan for so long and it’s my first time trying this dish. To my great satisfaction, this was the best noodles I’ve ever eaten recently for certain. It’s delicious for its great juiciness and sourness of vinegar and the outstanding texture of the noodles.
Sesame Paste Dry Noodles ($60): Their sesame paste is something special and tastes much delicious than any other ones. It’s more of a salty flavour.
Spicy Wontons ($70): The pork inside is fresh, salty and tender and their spicy sauce has a special and unique flavour. The dumpling wrappers are thin, and sticky.
In conclusion, the restaurant has always been a waiting queue no matter how many times I have passed by here. However, the queue was shorter before 11:00 a.m, which took me 5-10 minutes to wait. However, you might be needed to eat at the same table with other groups if you come alone. The prices are low and the foods are top notch. Overall, it’s definitely a...

The question is “Is it worth it?” I’m gonna say “Yes!” Go for it! 🤩 Queue up, eat and have an amazing lunch 🍜 experience!
The queue is there because there is limited seating area. Half the shop it taken up for the kitchen 🎛️ to cook 👩🍳🧑🍳. So be patient, once the people leave, they will clear 🚮 the tables and let you in.
Staff : Super friendly! Elderly lady served 💁🏼♀️us from outside in the queue🚦all the way till we get it. While outside, you can look at the menu 🧾 and tick ✅ off what you wanna eat first. And she also hands out taste samples of their pineapple 🍍tarts 🥮 and sorts. (Warm up! 😆)
Food : The “Die Die Must Try” would be the Braised Pork 🐷 on Rice 🍛 or Noodles 🍜 and the Beef 🐮 Noodles 🍜. The we also ordered the chilli 🌶️ Wontons 🥟
All to die for! Fragrant, soft, magnificent braising skills! So tasty and we forgot all about the queue 😉 it nearly melts in your mouth...
Read moreA small, No-frills restaurant selling tasty iterations of the Taiwanese essentials. The dining room is quite small so groups over 4 or 5 will have to occupy multiple tables. One or two people may have to share a table with others. There is almost always a line outside and follow the signage to line up in seperate lines for either dine-in or takeout. You can grab a paper menu card (all in Chinese) to fill out your order while in line. Kindly ask for a Menu with pictures if you can't be bothered to translate the order card while in line, but this will delay the arrival of your food, use your wait time efficiently and fill out the order card. Be prepared to pay in cash only and consider yourself lucky if you can pay with the Line App. I would personally avoid the pastries except when offered as samples while in line, they are small and very expensive compared to the food. Tasty food, moderate portions at...
