I wonder how they got an average of 4.3 stars...maybe because of their Souffles? Be aware--when you make a reservation, it's not a real reservation! And they don't tell you when you call that it's actually just putting you on a "waiting list". Was super excited about their Souffle and the fact they took "reservations" on a Sunday. We arrived 15 mins before our reservation and checked-in with them right around my reservation time (3pm). It was then when I found out we still had to wait for an X amount of time...I was like seriously?! Whey didn't they tell me it's not a "reservation" but rather just a "waiting list". I asked how much longer would we have to wait and was given an estimate of 30 mins....My family and relatives (7 of us) had to stand there and wait...They didn't provide benches or chairs for customers while they wait. They were kind of apologetic, but not too sincere...I had to go ask one or 2 more times when we will be seated. They then told us we would be seated by 3:30PM for sure (my "reservation" was for 3pm). My son got fuzzy and said he does not want to go back again....So, we finally got seated, but was told Souffles would take another 25 mins to make. By the time we got our Souffles, it was an hour after my so-called "reservation" time. I gave it 2 stars because the Souffles were pretty good, freshly-made, and fluffy. However, we just tried Souffles at another cafe last weekend, no need to wait, and it was yummy too. Most likely won't...

I was so excited to go since this restaurant has been a big hit place for their soufflé. When my friend and I sat down at the couch area, we smelled something bad from the table..it’s like when your clothes don’t get dried enough during rainy days. It’s that bad!

When we saw our soufflé, the middle part was so soggy..it’s almost like scrambled eggs, no kidding! I got it that it’s supposed to be “fluffy” but not like scrambled eggs? It’s such a big disappointment to us. Not sure if I’ll ever...

Great place for soufflés! They feature healthy diet so the pancake is lighter flavored comparing to similar stores in town, and it works nicely as you can easily enjoy a full dish without getting tired of the dish. The texture is just amazing - really soft and tender, and goes perfect with the sauce and ice cream. They offer a wide selection and also seasonal dishes, so should be easy to find a flavor match with your taste. Their savory dishes are also good. Really a good place to spend...
