Solid 3.8 if you're looking for something filling and cheap. Lemme just first say that this is not exactly italian, it's like a Taiwanese fusion pasta. Probably geared towards the Taiwanese palate. My crispy sea bream with lemon sauce came with maybe 4-5 big pieces of fried (but soggy) fish pieces which I thought was very generous given the price of 135NT. The spaghetti was just sour with lemon flavoring and there were edamame in my pasta. It was garlicky and therefore I could finish it but I did not care for the pasta.
