Solid 3.8 if you're looking for something filling and cheap. Lemme just first say that this is not exactly italian, it's like a Taiwanese fusion pasta. Probably geared towards the Taiwanese palate. I ordered the penne gratin with meat sauce and it was nice and cheesy. Tastes nothing like any italian food ive had before in europe or italy but still enjoyable. My crispy sea bream with lemon sauce came with maybe 4-5 big pieces of fried (but soggy) fish pieces which I thought was very generous given the price of 135NT. The spaghetti was just sour with lemon flavoring and there were edamame in my pasta. It was garlicky and therefore I could finish it but I did not care for the pasta. Eh, passable for the price. Delivery relatively quickly and comes with lemon tea. The curry seafood cooked rice smells like curry but lack flavour. So it’s a bit like curry perfumed plain rice. Of course I’m exaggerating slightly, but it’s just not very good.

There are dozen kind of pasta, pizza, gratin, and risotto with various sauces or ingredients on the menu, which are originated from many places in Italy. For example, while other competitors serve the pasta just in "red sauce", here you can see pastas in three kinds of red sauce which have different names and recipes.

The staffs also provide well services here, including working in sync and paying attention to the guests' situations. Maybe its only disadvantage is the indoor space is not very big.
