Great Experience, this ramen chain left a great impression towards me and many others.

We came here for lunch and spent around 1 hour here. There was only one parking nearby, costing 100 NTD and hour.

When we entered it was very packed but quite quiet, there is 2 floors with the first being a bar style kitchen/dining area. The staff was very friendly and got us seated immediately. The menu featured a few ramen options and others.

The food here is completely perfect but a few head up: the ramen is a LARGE amount and salty, get the less salty one for those who want NORMAL ramen. The large amount is suggested to be shared by 2 adults. (more ratios could be found later) The meat is tender and the ramen is too customizable. YES, Too Customizable - you have options to put seaweed separately and extra meat, corn, seaweed .etc

The staff makes the ramen extremely fast and brought our drinks right after we ordered. The staff was very caring, asking if we wanted our included seaweed in the plate we had our additional seaweed in as well.

The place was very clean but doesn’t really deserve 5 stars. I suggest you get the toriyaki bundle, as well as the fried chicken.

The Tokyo tonkotau ramen was amazing, You can taste the combination of chicken and pork bone soup, nice blended. Noodle was cooked enough to retain a firm texture. Large and medium size are both same price. The toppings like eggs are soft boiled, and it taste really good.

It's a fantastic ramen when it's not too salty. The normal taste for Japanese is ok, because they eat quiet salty. Choose less salt if don't eat that much, the normal one is a bit too salty for stomach that can cause diarrhea problems.

Weekend is packed, you need to wait for 20-30 minutes when there's a queue. Visit week days...
