らあめん花月嵐 台北凱撒店 — Restaurant in Zhongzheng District

A visit to this Japanese fast food joint near the Taipei Main Station was quite disappointing. The place was consistently crowded with locals coming from nearby station, so expect a queue, especially on weekends and holidays. I decided to give their 大蒜拳骨拉麵 in garlic flavor a try … The garlic flavor was indeed strong and fragrant, which I appreciated. However, the ramen noodles were firm, chewy to my liking. As for the lava egg was overcooked. The soup broth was a major letdown as it was overly oily and excessively salty. I had to drink more water just to balance the flavors. Unfortunately, with unfriendly staff who didn't seem interested in providing good service. To top it off, the tables, chairs, and tableware were not clean and felt oily, and even the floor seemed greasy when walking on it. Additionally, be prepared for a long wait because the food was served...

I guess the noodle soups here were ok, not particularly special (as you consider so many Japan-style noodle soups in Taiwan). The one I didn't really enjoy much was the soup. The taste was strong and rich, but not deep enough. I mean, no taste in your mouth few seconds after you swallowed it. I visited here myself. I also don't appreciate is the staff put a stranger to share my table. Even thought, they may consider it was a table big enough for two. But, the fact is you don't want to eat uncomfortably...

本來是想吃添好運的，但沒想到添好運竟然會排隊，真的不可思議。就再來吃花月嵐了

上次吃對這家印象還不錯，麵湯上來時還會冒煙

冷天嘛

現在看看上次食記，才發現本來希望能點些不一樣的，結果還是一樣

不過這次點高麗菜時，店員有特別提醒高麗菜本身是沒有味道的，必須放在麵湯中。這點是值得加分的

會來這家，其實沒什麼特別的理由，只因為上週才吃過屯京拉麵，不想這麼快又吃同一家餐廳。不過，短時間吃兩家拉麵確實受不了，應該近期不會再去吃拉麵吧！？

當然不是因為花月嵐不好吃，而是是在間隔太近了
