This cozy restaurant offers a modest selection of ramen, with their signature pork broth being the highlight. The noodles are cooked perfectly al dente, while the broth is rich, creamy, and deeply flavorful, clearly simmered for hours to extract every bit of goodness. The pork chashu is tender, generously portioned, and melts beautifully in your mouth — delicious even on its own.
