2006年來台，是去日本隨處可見的國民品牌，這幾年轉由全家便利商店經營後，店舖越開越多。 店家每個時期主打的Slogan都不太一樣，有媽媽的味道、好好吃飯和對身體好的料理，都在強調自己對料理的堅持。 當天用餐跟隔壁的桌距超近，不只是疫情期間不應該這樣，跟隔壁的同時始用點餐機還會打到。 入座後會來上茶，僅管是夏天也是給熱茶，另外要開水會問要熱水、室溫水還是冰水。 菜單和點餐機上面的文宣密密麻麻，要花時間消化，不懂為什麼日式定食店和豬排店的菜單永遠都很多張。 大戶屋剛來台灣時最有名的就是烤魚定食，雖現在其他的定食店也有烤魚，但想吃魚的時候還是會來這裡。 從十幾年前剛來台時，點餐後服務生就會說餐點要現做，需要15分鐘，近幾次去發現其實不用10分鐘就來了，應該是流程有改善。 雖然定食是一人一套，但當天單點了一碗迷你雞黑醋先上，沒有附小盤子分食不是很方便。 吃定食最好的是高麗菜、味噌湯和白飯都可以無限續，這裡的飯是台梗7號+越光米混的，撒上熟芝麻鹽配著吃超好吃，要吃幾碗都沒問題。 有些細節可以感受到店家的堅持，除了飯是熱的，飯碗也是熱的，味噌湯溫度也很夠，碗蓋一開熱氣整個沖上來，加上蘿蔔泥新鮮的辛嗆味，這應該都是新鮮現磨的，唯一不好的是日本進口的茶碗蒸碗缺角了還在用。 店員的服務不錯，來桌邊時會鞠躬說不好意思打擾，離開也會再次鞠躬。 相較於白飯，茶碗蒸就很沒味道，底部的高湯味道明顯不夠，有點可惜。 炭烤雞豬雙麴定食的豬五花又嫩又肥又鹹酥，雞腿也很嫩很多汁，又可以吃到兩種肉，很推薦。 另外肚子餓推薦牛肉壽喜燒定食，點這個配飯吃最好，吃個三碗飯都不成問題。 炭烤花魚定食和雞肉蔬菜燴黑醋醬定食也都是想吃健康時常點的品項。 現在兩大日式定食店越來越競爭，走到哪裡都看的到，個人還是喜歡大戶屋多一點。

2006年來台，是去日本隨處可見的國民品牌，這幾年轉由全家便利商店經營後，店舖越開越多。 店家每個時期主打的Slogan都不太一樣，有媽媽的味道、好好吃飯和對身體好的料理，都在強調自己對料理的堅持。 當天用餐跟隔壁的桌距超近，不只是疫情期間不應該這樣，跟隔壁的同時始用點餐機還會打到。 入座後會來上茶，僅管是夏天也是給熱茶，另外要開水會問要熱水、室溫水還是冰水。 菜單和點餐機上面的文宣密密麻麻，要花時間消化，不懂為什麼日式定食店和豬排店的菜單永遠都很多張。 大戶屋剛來台灣時最有名的就是烤魚定食，雖現在其他的定食店也有烤魚，但想吃魚的時候還是會來這裡。 從十幾年前剛來台時，點餐後服務生就會說餐點要現做，需要15分鐘，近幾次去發現其實不用10分鐘就來了，應該是流程有改善。 雖然定食是一人一套，但當天單點了一碗迷你雞黑醋先上，沒有附小盤子分食不是很方便。 吃定食最好的是高麗菜、味噌湯和白飯都可以無限續，這裡的飯是台梗7號+越光米混的，撒上熟芝麻鹽配著吃超好吃，要吃幾碗都沒問題。 有些細節可以感受到店家的堅持，除了飯是熱的，飯碗也是熱的，味噌湯溫度也很夠，碗蓋一開熱氣整個沖上來，加上蘿蔔泥新鮮的辛嗆味，這應該都是新鮮現磨的，唯一不好的是日本進口的茶碗蒸碗缺角了還在用。 店員的服務不錯，來桌邊時會鞠躬說不好意思打擾，離開也會再次鞠躬。 相較於白飯，茶碗蒸就很沒味道，底部的高湯味道明顯不夠，有點可惜。 炭烤雞豬雙麴定食的豬五花又嫩又肥又鹹酥，雞腿也很嫩很多汁，又可以吃到兩種肉，很推薦。 另外肚子餓推薦牛肉壽喜燒定食，點這個配飯吃最好，吃個三碗飯都不成問題。 炭烤花魚定食和雞肉蔬菜燴黑醋醬定食也都是想吃健康時常點的品項。 現在兩大日式定食店越來越競爭，走到哪裡都看的到，個...
