River 13 Ramen — Restaurant in Zhongzheng District

A ramen shop located quite hidden in an alley, and you have to go upstairs to get entrance. The food is ordered through a machine and it took me nearly 20 minutes waiting for my order before suddenly realizing I had not done the right thing on the machine to order successfully. I think there should be at least one staff sits near the machine to help the customers when necessary.

I ordered a bowl of Tonkotsu Ramen but the soup wasn't as rich as I expected but I like its spiciness. I ordered another dish of fried fish which was quite delicious. Prices are quite reasonable. The space is clean and has a view of the...

I love this Japanese restaurant because it's inexpensive, but the quality is quite good. I recommend ramen with garlic soup. For side dishes, I love shrimp rolls the most (photo added).

You can fill up milk tea for free. Usually, if you visit here for lunch, they would serve appetizers.

We enjoyed our chashu ramen and tonkatsu curry rice very much. Portions are more than enough and they taste good. Some reviewers pan this place for either tastes or service, but we really enjoyed eating & watching people from their 2nd floor view our on XiZhang St. 西藏街.
