It’s my #1 place in Pranakorn area and i have been eating here since forever.

My recommendation is Do not go to early Saturday morning, they will always be lack of supply. Do not go to the first hour of their opening if u want rice cuz it’s not yet cooked . LOL If you wanna eat “Tendon”, don’t go beyond 1 pm. Just get normal noodles, cuz It’s already good. Bear with the heat and their services, the service may not be great or even good but the quality and taste are the same since forever. (Writing this, I miss the last owner so much, Arkong was so kind) If u want the same taste, better service. Go to Yee Siph Luhk, it owns by the 2nd gen. I order whatever on my mood, so, i have no recommendation on what should u get but they are all good. For Thai, pls bear with Korean customers too, cuz they will normally take ur place/seat fast and this is because the system is confusing and the weather is hot hot. So, i dont blame them tho cuz they didn’t know. Im stating things like this cuz every time i go there with Thais, they are all angry about this.

For Korean, 이것은 태국 최고의 쇠고기 국수입니다. 건너뛰지...

A Must-Visit!

I can't express enough how much we loved Nai Soie Beef Noodle's special menu! It's no surprise that this restaurant is featured in the Michelin Guide.

We discovered this gem by chance while exploring Bangkok. After visiting several tourist spots, my husband and I were famished and on the lookout for a place to eat. Although the restaurant was scheduled to open in 30 minutes, the owner noticed us waiting outside and graciously opened early to accommodate us. Despite being busy with online orders, he welcomed us warmly.

The beef noodle soup was exceptional, featuring tender beef slices, flavorful meatballs, and a savory broth that was both rich and comforting. The noodles were perfectly cooked, and the dish was a delightful balance of textures and flavors.

The owner's hospitality truly enhanced our dining experience, and we left with full stomachs and happy hearts. If you're in Bangkok, Nai Soi Beef Noodle is a must-visit for an authentic and...

Not recommended !!!!! Super bad experience having lunch here. One of the most expensive and unresonable meat noodle in town. Today I order a bolw of mix meat. The waitor served my bolw to the wrong table. After that customer stire my bolw and taste the soup. She reallized that this bolw is not her order. Then she tokd waitor to take it back. What that waitor did is, he took that bolw back to cooking station to redecorate my bolw then bring it back to serve me. Foryunately, My friend saw everything all the time. We asked that waitor, Is this the new bolw? Are you sure? like 3 times. So then he took it back and cook the new one for me. Guess what, the new bolw is less volume of meat like a half compare to last bolw. Its like they upset at me and try to persecute me. I will never eat here anymore. I also warn you guys to choose another restuarant. There are many delicoius and hygene restuarant in Bangkok...

Many Bangkok restaurants cater towards tourists, but this is a real traditional Thai style restaurant, enjoyed by locals as well as tourists. I asked my Thai guide for a restaurant where they serve beef noodle because beef noodle soup is often harder to find than pork noodle soup. A very nice balanced broth, not extremely spicy and nice not too chewy flavored beef. Use the sauces on the table to bring it up to your specific taste. You'd better not come here during typical lunch hours because then the place is overcrowded. We visited around 2 pm and even then the place was quite full. Do not expect air conditioning or fancy tables though: this is eating with the locals, so although it may not be as comfortable as eating in a restaurant which only caters to foreigners, the restaurant delivers highly when it comes to the taste of the beef noodle soup at very reasonable prices.
