As someone from Chiangmai, Thailand, it's really rare to find the right Pad Thai dish It's a small, cute spot that serves delicious food on beautiful plates with gold spoons and forks, which is a nice touch. It has perfectly balanced all the flavors, and I love that the Pad Thai here is made with the right kind of noodles. My favorite dish is the Pad Thai with Thai sausage (fermented pork). My duty in the face of these glowing reviews by people with no taste buds, to inform that this Pad Thai was odd and dry. The noodles seemed to be fried in some kind of extra nutty oil, like sesame.
