Authentic Thai Food and Exceptional Hospitality at It's Good Kitchen, Chiang Mai
It's Good Kitchen serves the best authentic Thai food I’ve ever had. What sets them apart is their attention to gluten-free options. They don't just remove ingredients to accommodate dietary needs; they offer gluten-free sauces and alternatives, so the flavors remain as rich and delicious as ever. There's no need to compromise on taste here, even if you're gluten-free.
The hospitality is top-notch. After a few visits, we got to know the staff, and they even gave us a small thank-you gift for being repeat customers. They went above and beyond, recommending places to visit when we mentioned we were traveling south in a few weeks.
The mango sticky rice is out of this world—by far the best I’ve ever had. I also highly recommend their beef Khao Soi; if you're gluten-free, this is the place to try it. They even serve gluten-free crunchy rice noodles on the side!
And if you love spicy food like I do, you won’t be disappointed. They don’t hold back on the spice just because you’re a foreigner—you get exactly what you ask for.
The staff at It's Good Kitchen are incredibly warm and attentive, making every visit feel special. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome, always greeting us with genuine smiles. Beyond their exceptional service, they took the time to chat with us and recommended amazing places to explore nearby. Their local insights added so much to our experience, making us feel more connected to Chiang Mai.

Only note would be that the Khao Soi was a little on the spicy side so make sure you request your preference based on your tolerance.
21/01 - Came here for lunch & got the following: mango smoothie passionfruit smoothie veggie spring rolls chicken pad Thai instant noodles with veggies & tofu , no meat.
There was a line when we got there but a good queueing system where you have a number assigned to you, so we only waited ~10min.
Food came out at a reasonable time. Great ambience, we sat at the tables facing the street which was nice.
The mango smoothie was good but the passionfruit smoothie was delicious.
The spring rolls were a must, slightly different from usual with a thicker wrap.
My husband enjoyed the pad thai, it was missing a lime but something that I’m sure they’d provide if you asked.
The noodles are what I felt like at the time so they hit the spot & they were an alteration from something that was on the menu so it was great that they were able to accommodate.
We will definitely come here again.
Need to get better with the photos, note the smoothies & pad Thai were half finished when I...

When you first arrive, you are bound to see a queue. Don’t waste time by waiting in line, head to the front and grab yourself a number straight away. Once your number is called you will be seated. Waiting does not take long, as everyone is courteous and enjoy their meal and leave so others can enjoy also.
It was our last day in Chiang Mai so we tried 4 mains, yum yum. We started with 2 Thai ice teas. My wife had with milk and I had with lemon. Both excellent.
For our mains we ordered, Koy Soi, Papaya Salad, Morning Glory and the Pineapple Fried Rice. We thought we would have leftovers to take with us, but the food was so good we finished them all. Perfectly seasoned, spice levels were perfect and the overall taste was exceptional. If we were in Chiang Mai for another night, we would have definitely come back to this beautiful gem.
Whatever you do, this place is definitely worth the wait. So get stuck in.
Now let’s talk value. It is mind blowing, the total cost for the above was 395...
