This place is a combination of a café and a hotel. The café occupies the first and second floors, and we stayed in the guest room on the top floor.
Starting with the room: there are very few rooms available, and the one we stayed in was the only guest room on the top floor. You reach it by walking through the café and up the stairs. Since the café closes early in the evening, it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. It didn’t feel like staying in a typical hotel, more like a private apartment.
The room layout was great, with a spacious interior and large windows on two sides. There was even a small living room area with a TV set up for gaming. The amenities were excellent, including a variety of capsule coffee options.
As for the café, breakfast was included with our stay, so we got to enjoy both their coffee and bread. The coffee presentation was beautiful and artistic, but it still retained a strong and rich flavor. The breakfast was freshly made, tasted great, and came in generous portions. They even offered complimentary fresh fruit. Honestly, even if I don’t stay here again, I would definitely return just for the breakfast.
The service was also exceptional. It seemed like we were the only guests at the time, so it felt like the entire staff was...

Location: It's excellent, right in the Nimman area. One Nimman is within walking distance, and there are many restaurants nearby.
Staff: They are super helpful and attentive. They assisted me with the language setting on the TV and asked what I wanted for breakfast every day.
Space: The room is much bigger than it looks in the pictures. Additionally, it has a huge TV, a coffee machine, a fridge, and a speaker, making it very comfortable. The WIFI is quite stable.
Now, if they had paid attention to some details, it would have been perfect:
Bathtub: I mainly booked the room for the bathtub. However, I wasn't able to use it because the water from the faucet looked a bit yellow and murky. I mentioned it to the staff, but it seemed they couldn't fix it either.
Shower: You could see mold on the wall and floor, which is quite obvious since it's a "white" room.
Overall, I still recommend it if you want to find a unique place to stay in the...
