I’m beyond happy to have stumbled upon this place, while visiting Kata for the third time this year with my husband! This is probably the most authentic Thai we’ve had in this area thus far. Alongside KOI restaurant, which is a must also for authentic Thai food, not the westernised stuff we get close to the beach.
Ok, so the food is amazing!!! It’s also dirt cheap for the quality and portions.
Service This is where we’ve been blown away by this little gem. It is a small family restaurant and there is a young girl who works with the family from Maynmar who is always smiling :( she is sooo sweet and kind! She gave us a mosquito spray for once, as soon as we sat down. We were provided with a wooden plate with new cutlery for each meal we ordered! We were also given two mints upon finishing our dinner…I’ve not experienced this level of service in Melbourne lol
Also would like to point out the cleanliness and hygiene of the staff and the restaurant. I was also given a box Of disposable gloves on our return to the restaurant as we ate here two nights in a row now, for my fish dish. ❤️
I truly hope people read this and visit the restaurant. You will not be...

But something happens something going wrong it was so tasty than I just forget to stop. So my resolution this cafe is absolutely guilty in my weight. But I'm sure I need to return just to check and make sure they...

Their signature crab curry is great. Som tum (papaya salad) was not properly spicy even though we asked for it spicy. In fact, nothing we got was spicy, and we had to ask for plic nam pah (chiles) to bring it up a bit. Green curry was flavorful. Pad Thai was okay. But the crab curry dish that they are famous for was really quite good. It's not meant to be spicy hot, it's more of a savory spice (turmeric?). Picking the meat out of the legs and body was messy but worth it. I'd return...
