During my visit to this restaurant, several disappointing aspects were noticeable. First, the waiting time was excessively long. The food was average – not bad, but nothing remarkable. A major drawback was the condition of the restrooms: not only were they extremely dirty, but the staff there was also very unfriendly and seemed unmotivated to maintain cleanliness. The fee of 10 Baht for using the restroom, though small, adds to the overall dissatisfaction given the poor state of the facilities.

Additionally, the service in the restaurant seemed overwhelmed. The staff appeared to be under significant pressure, which was palpable as a guest and negatively affected the ambiance. They put way too much sugar in everything. Everything. Strawberry shake? Undrinkably sweet. They absolutely ruined an otherwise perfectly fine fresh-caught fish by larding it with so much sugary sauce it was basically inedible.

Their double cheeseburger was literally “frozen at 7-11 reheated in a microwave” quality.

This place was awful. Also, infinite flies everywhere, hovering and landing on all your food. I didn’t ever bother eating more than two or three bites, it was a total waste of a meal.

This restaurant is excellent, a truly fantastic experience. The food is the best we had in Phuket, and very well priced. Everything was delicious, bursting with flavour and lots of it.
