Excellent stay here in September/October 2025 for a total of 11 nights. Originally we had booked the Superior Room which doesn't have a balcony however upon arrival the the receptionist gave us a free upgrade to the room with a balcony, this alone was a fantastic start to the stay here.
The cleaning team knocked on out door each day to check whether we wanted our room cleaned or not. The cleaning was amazing what they did and it was perfect for us everytime we arrived back to the room after a day out.
As for the room itself there were two single beds which were pushed together with a double mattress topper installed so it was effectively the same as having a double bed. The balcony which large and had a table and two chairs which we regularly used in the evening to eat food and drink beer together, there's also a drying rack on the balcony to. The beds were comfy and pillows great, the air conditioner was also working well and silent so it didn't disturb our sleep. There was also a kettle and fridge in the room to which came in handy. The bathroom was large and spacious with very good water pressure from the shower, the sink was outside of the bathroom just outside the door. In the room there is also a TV and plenty of space to store suitcases and hang clothes up to, hangers were also in the room for us to use as well.
There's a swimming pool onto of the main building roof which is small however cosy and while we were there there was no issues with getting a sun lounger or being I the pool on our own. From the rooftop there's a great view of the city to and from the loungers you an see the parasailing on Kata beach in the distance to!
The reception team were fantastic to, all of them really friendly and welcoming and made us feel at home from the day we arrived, they always greeted us good morning and evening to and answered any questions which we had. There's free towels to use during the day to take to the beach with you to which was really useful.
Highly recommend hotel in the Karon/Kata beach area in Phuket right next to the Kata Street food market to, and a shirt walk to the beaches.
Overall great stay and great experience and thanks to all the friendly staff...

Read moreWe booked this hotel through booking.com which portrayed the hotel with a 7,8 rating and lovely clean photos. First of all, we recommend to stay away from booking.com as they claimet no responsibility and offered no help. When we arrived we noticed the hotel being worn down, and in a very busy street. We were then informed we had gotten an upgrade on our room, which was in another building. The room had a strange smell and looked nothing like the photos. When we checked under the mattress there was a lot of dark stains as from bedbugs or blood. We then got offered another room, in another building, on the 3rd floor with no elevator. On the way up we looked into rooms with dodgy massage beds, don’t wanna know what they use them for.. In the new room they wanted us to accept the new room before checking the mattress. We checked anyways and the mattress in the new room looked the same. Dark spots all over the mattress. We were then told that they were fully booked and that they could refund the money which was nice as we had a non-refundable booking. Booking.com did nothing to help us find another place to live. We had to share a room with our friend in a third building(the main one) where the mattress looked clean. He paid extra for deluxe room. However the room it self was worn down, the planks on the floor was loose, even with the windows closed we could hear everything happening outside on the street. If you don’t wanna risk bedbugs or disease we recommend you stay somewhere else. Do not...
