Disappointing Buffet Experience – Lacking in Quality & Service

I had high expectations for this hotel’s buffet, but unfortunately, it was a very underwhelming experience. The layout felt strange and disorganized, making it difficult to navigate. Despite the large number of staff present, they seemed more focused on chatting than assisting guests or clearing tables.

While the buffet offered a generous seafood selection, the lack of basic service was frustrating. There were no finger bowls provided for peeling prawns, and when we requested one, it seemed like a major inconvenience for the staff. Even then, they only brought one for a table of four.

The food quality was another major letdown. The grilled prawns had a strong off-putting smell, clearly indicating they were not fresh. We didn’t eat them. The barbecue pork from the buffet was severely undercooked—still raw in parts—making it completely unappealing.

Having experienced this brand in Australia, I expected much better. Unfortunately, this particular location failed in both food quality and customer service. I wouldn’t return for the buffet and wouldn’t recommend...

I had the pleasure of dining at 57th Street, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a modern yet cozy design that made us feel comfortable from the moment we stepped in.

The food was simply outstanding! Every dish was crafted with great attention to detail and bursting with flavor. From the appetizers to the desserts, everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations. The variety on the menu ensures there’s something for everyone, and the presentation was as delightful as the taste.

A special mention must go to the staff ‘K.Dear’. She was incredibly attentive, professional, and friendly. Our server went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. It’s rare to see such dedication and genuine hospitality.

This is my second visit to this location. My first time was very impressive last year. The atmosphere is very cozy. The service is excellent. The staff is attentive to your requirements. The food tastes good.

The only disadvantage is a lack of parking space.

Today was my second visit. However, there is some ambiguity regarding the use of Club Marriott membership vouchers. The operator was unfamiliar with the terms of conditions. She told me something, but when I arrived, it was different. In the first place, I'm very upset. I must give credit to khun Peter GM. He showed up and found the solutions for us.

The food tastes the same as it did last year. The staff is extremely attentive to serving and caring for the customers.

If you're looking for a restaurant, I recommend this one. Good food, good taste, good service, and it wasn't crowded....
