Restaurant: The Gardens of Dinsor Palace Price: 1306 THB (super reasonable) Portion Size: Big Atmosphere: Very relaxing with a lot of nature Girlfriend Opinion: 4.5/5 - Atmosphere is awesome (garden, furniture) and all the food is awesome too! My Opinion: 4/5 - Crazy reasonable for those portions and the atmosphere ... The eggs benedict; divine!

This time instead of doing date night we had a date brunch to enjoy one of the most awesome breakfast/brunch locations I have ever been to! In a little tiny street (is it a Soi?) down from business Sukhumvit, there is this little quiet jewel of a garden. You can eat outside and inside and it is all just gorgeous.

In the main dining room they have a big huge bird ... Cage? ... with 2 peacocks in it. The design is also really nice and the staff was quite fast and friendly. Definitely I nice place to go with your significant other! We ordered 3 dishes and did NOT manage to finish the humongous fluffy pancakes! So ... Prices are super okay in my opinion.

So why not 5 points for Hako? She didn't like the toilet ... Weird reason. She says there was an insect or so in there. I went to the men's toilet and it was better than most I have had to use in Thailand ... For me it was only 4 because of the stupid VAT and service charge at the end. Just include it people! And also, the pesto had a spice that I didn't particularly fancy but I couldn't figure out what it was ... I might have to try again.

Best eggs benedict ever. Definitely give it a try! Brunch is from 8 am to 5 pm after that it is the...

Very nice restaurant in truly serene garden setting. Loved it. This is really a green gem hidden in the shadow of massive high rises.

Good selection in food, leaning to more western dishes and fusion with pizza, variation of salads, cakes but also some Thai oriented dishes.

Prices are slightly more on the higher end - but considering the effort that goes in to providing and maintaining such a beautiful garden styled oasis in the middle of the downtown concrete jungle that's probably justified.

The pond area features some swans which are a bit cheeky, demanding attention (and breadcrumbs) by picking your trouser legs and shoe laces. Apparently there is also peacocks and rabbits. Haven't seen them though. Hopefully they didn't fall prey to the less preferred members of the Bangkok animal kingdom.

The wine selection is reasonable, not massive, beer selection is a bit wider than usual (e.g. the rare white Beer Lao) with good prices.

A little green oasis for a date to impress or a family outing that you don't...

The Garden of Dinsor Palace, Bangkok

Tucked away in the heart of Bangkok, The Garden of Dinsor Palace is a charming and elegant spot that offers a peaceful escape from the city's hustle. Housed in a beautifully restored European-style mansion that once belonged to royalty, this place is more than just a restaurant — it’s an experience.

The ambiance is serene and romantic, with lush green gardens, swan-filled ponds, and cozy seating both indoors and outdoors. Whether you're enjoying a quiet brunch or a candlelit dinner, the setting is perfect for a relaxing meal.

The menu offers a variety of Thai and international dishes with a modern twist. I tried the truffle pasta and the grilled salmon — both were flavorful and beautifully presented. The desserts and coffee were equally impressive.

It’s also a great spot for photos, with its elegant architecture and garden views. Service is attentive, and the atmosphere is peaceful, making it ideal for dates, gatherings, or even...

The location of this is exactly in Ekkamai then U-turn at Soi 59 but if you come from Emporium just go straight. I am not impressed to their garden as for me its so-so, look ordinary, need to upgrade to make it more appealing. Camera 360 enhance the quality picture of a place but the reality still looks ordinary and nothing is fancy.Snacks there is inexpensive I ordered waffles with passion fruit and tea my bill is 400 to be exact then they charged VAT and service charge 470.80 something. I think night time will be fabulous if every corner and place surrounded by colorful lights. Instead of swan, my alternative here is big peacock wherein if the wings spread more interesting. However, this place is good in meeting or private occasion, you have option to sit in air condition room too.If your feeling blue / upset , worried this garden palace somewhat serve like meditation, cool green environment. Highly recommended for people searching for quiet and nature lover.

VERY TRANQUIL SETTING WITH PEACOCKS AND DOVES FLAPPING AROUND OUTSIDE The restaurant is western / Italian themed and has an old world feel about it with big armchair seats, wine racks and old world decor. Two of us ordered a salad to share plus a lamb shank and duck leg for main. My lamb shank was very salty and had an overly rich sauce that really needed something like a potato mash to tone it down. The duck was quite dry. Salad was OK, fresh but not particularly interesting. Dessert menu is a mix of cakes and puddings but we decided to head off elsewhere for a drink and dessert. Staff were keen to take our order quickly but were polite. We ate indoors but they also have tables outdoors which would be nice on less humid days. Peacocks and doves in an enclosure behind glass so you can view them while dining indoors. Overall: food is a bit unimaginative, meat dishes could do with more accompaniments and the chef should go easy on the salt!
