Arno's EmQuartier — Restaurant in Khlong Tan Nuea Subdistrict

I had high hopes for my meal at Arno's, but unfortunately, this burger left much to be desired.

First, the bun was a disaster. It was dry, crumbly, and had that "Burned " taste—hardly the fresh, soft foundation you'd expect for a decent burger. It didn’t hold up well to the rest of the ingredients, and after just a few bites, and all gone..

The patty was the biggest letdown. Overcooked, dry , and flavorless, it had the consistency of something you'd find better at a fast-food drive-thru—if that. It lacked any kind of seasoning or depth, and frankly, I’m not sure it was even fresh beef. It tasted like it had been frozen and reheated, which is a huge no-no for a place charging premium prices.

Then there were the toppings—or lack thereof. The square inch of bacon and the half square inch of blue cheese was definitely cover the burger patty. The caramelized onion were hard to find and the overcooked patty just tossed on top without any care. Regarding the service no complain. all fine.

Final verdict: This was an uninspired, poorly executed burger that left me disappointed and unsatisfied. At best, it was mediocre fast food dressed up as something better. If you're craving a good burger, do yourself a favor and skip Arno—it’s not worth your...

Arno’s has been on my list since I walked past its branch at Thonglor which seemed to be brimming with people - was delighted to see that it had a branch at EmQuartier near our hotel so we dropped by.. the reviews were 50/50 but we still decided to give it a shot anyway. Ordered two burgers - Traditional Double and Carnivore. The burger patties were a good size for its price but was overly seasoned with salt - the patties were also very tough as the skinning were not removed properly... Whilst it was somewhat juicy, it was also a pain to finish after a while because it was so salty... We also ordered two sides - Mac and Cheese and Garlic Creamy Spinach of which the latter didn’t arrive thankfully cos the Mac and Cheese was horrible. This is apparently the top 15 places to try for burgers but maybe we just landed at a bad branch... Would not...

The food here deserved a sixth star. LITERALLY it was so good i forgot to take pictures of it. The dip for the french fries wasnt great...but everything else was amazing. Burger...the best grind and fat content ive had in bangkok...semi course and had to be 78/22 or something...was delicious compared to mostly lean burgers in thailand. Escargo was awesome. Fries killer. The only reason this place lost a star was service. Other reviews point it out. The staff is proper and polite...but they were like 5 people short it seemed. Took 10 minutes to place my order, 5 minutes to call for the check, 5 minutes for them to pick up my card...just sloooooow. All of them were working...i think my waiter had 8 tables though and the kitchen is a loooong way from the helix-side tables. Ill go back but probably not for a...
