This is a place I visit every single time i am in BKK. It’s a quaint little setting nestling in the Japanese vicinity of Sukhumvit Watthana. A wall full of bottles stacked all the way to the top, the bartender who is also the owner moves his ladder around to bring you his recommendations of Japanese Whiskeys, Shochu, wine and other delights. All you need is the wasabi octopus as a chaser and accompaniment… This isn’t a place known to all nor is it a Michelin recco, but that is because it caters to only a niche, known set of crowd who love to drink without the loud hustle that bangkok usually has to offer. This place being almost a hole in the wall is just enough to get you your own Japanese Izakaya experience. Have been loyal to this place since 2017 and i wish and hope to see it age along with me :)
PS: forgot to mention the New owner MoriSan… this experience was the best so far, very kind and gentle human open to conversations...

You can ask him to make you a random drink depending on your taste preferences. The drinks were good but not standing out,...
