Loved this place on our Bangkok trip!

Great Coffee: we’ve just come from Australia and you know how good their coffee is, you know - this place was great!

Food: Tried ‘Breakfast for Champions’ - so good! My non-vegan friend had the vegan Spaghetti Bolognese, and she said she loved it.

Friendly Staff: Knowledgeable about various allergens, made us feel very comfortable - my friend is allergic to mushroom, coconut and peanuts and I’m a type 1 diabetic and vegan (which were fully aware is a challenge at the best of times lol). The staff understood our English well enough to also consider these dietary requirements which was incredible.

Ambiance: Nicely presented, warm, clean and great for photos.

Diverse Vegan Options: An extensive menu that caters to all.

Definitely worth the journey for anyone looking for...

Absolutely incredible food and vibes! The place is so cutely decorated, and the food we ordered was delicious. The Thai iced tea and mango smoothie were refreshing; the jackfruit banh mi was innovative and really tasty; our favorite was the pancakes--holy moly, the texture and taste of the pancakes plain was impeccable, but it also comes with fresh fruit, whipped cream, coconut yogurt, and your choice of syrup (we got chocolate). I'll be dreaming about that stack of pancakes for days! And we also got the banoffee cake, which was just gorgeous and one of the best desserts we've had in Bangkok. All the food was so aesthetically and beautifully presented; service was great as well. Wish I could come...

I have very mixed feelings about this place. We came here because of the high rating but I don't quite agree with this rating. Explained below.

We ordered a fruit bowl with yoghurt, granola and macha sauce. It was just a bowl of fruits and barely any granola and yoghurt. We were still so hungry after eating this. The Americano coffee was ok. The wait time was ridiculous. We had to wait almost 30 minutes for the food above. That's not acceptable... The staff did not smile at all. To the point that I had a feeling they were a little rude. The prices are very high. We come from Switzerland where prices are high and this felt almost close to Swiss prices.

I cannot...

I've eaten at Natures Charm a few times now individually, in a trio and with a large group and the service has always been great. I've tried the Banh Mi, lasagne, English breakfast and the fish & chips. There's a good variety of western vegan food on the menu and a nice range of desserts including vegan macaroons, scones and carrot cake. The portion sizes are pretty big and the prices are appropriate. Note the kitchen closes at 8pm and last orders via grab are at 7.30pm. Update: they now have a Korean menu alongside their regular delicious food.
