Sizzler Major Ekamai — Restaurant in Khlong Tan Nuea Subdistrict

Three of us visited yesterday and the experience was appalling. Two meals arrived, the third didn’t thinking it just a timing issue said nothing. Upon the two meals being finished staff were asked about the third and we were told it was still cooking. A few minutes later it arrived absolutely stone cold, so clearly wasn’t still cooking. The meal was sent back. Clearly a mistake had happened, fine. But to try and cover it up with blatant and obvious lies is not acceptable. Not stopping there with the lies, when the issue was raised with the manager she stated she had been told by the staff involved that I had complained because the meal was late, which was simply a doubling down on the lies as I complained it had clearly been left somewhere standing and left to go cold. Staff in this restaurant are clearly dishonest and arrogant, seemingly thinking that customers are more stupid than they are. Avoid this restaurant, I will never visit this place again, and most likely will not visit any other branch of Sizzler if this is their business model. At no point did we even get an apology, just the price of the inedible meal deducted from the bill. Mistakes happen, but the way they are dealt with is what matters, this is the worst possible example of...

I think this branch is needed to fully upgrade like ASAP!!! This branch was better than this 😂 Old staffs(middle age ladies) need to be back cause new young staffs are worse! Especially one short hair woman, lack of manners and service mind. Her dirty look at customers were unacceptable! She’s doing service job and lack of service mind. And one short little woman with ponytail(of course new staffs and I know she can be improve) came to serve my steak without saying anything and not trying to move utensils. She tried to put down my steak dish on my spoon🤣 I think to my self like WTH lol and helped her move my utensils 🤣 It’s kinda cute lol Oh, short hair woman came to correct my side order “WRONG” even tho I said twice while ordering food. I’m not sure if it’s her mistake or from the kitchen(I ordered Organic rice and got fries) And lots of weird environment from new staffs. OMG, wonder If Minor group would train their employees right 😅 I miss old ladies staffs 😭 I tipped them 100฿each every time I dine in here 🫶🏻 but never this time with...

Highly recommended for those who want to eat vegetable salads to their heart's content in the Bangkok-Ekamai area. You can just order a salad buffet and a drink without having to order a main course such as steak. I often use it when I want to eat a lot of vegetables.

There is plenty of seating and it is a good place to go with the family.

Of course, there is also a wide selection of beef, pork and fish roasts on the menu, so you can choose according to your mood. Personally, I think the prices themselves are not high, but the quality is still not worth the price.

But even if it were, the staff are well trained, friendly, courteous and sympathetic. The service is also very good and attentive.

All in all, this restaurant is worth a visit if you want to eat a lot...
