What could be worse than a bad coffee?
I'd say, "Seeing a good coffee got ruined by the maker."
I ordered a coffee with less sweet, and it was almost perfect. Just less sweet than I thought.
So I went back and asked the barista for a tiny bit more syrup, but he just put a big pump that made it 3x sweeter, so it became too sweet and not edible for me now.
Then another staff came to me and asked me to review for a discount, so I told him that my coffee was not ediable and asked them to make a new one, and they refused.
Well, if it's my fault that they put too much syrup according to my request, like put the whole thing in, I wouldn't mind, but to put 2x additional syrup when I said tiny bit, I don't think so. Also, for a coffee with a price similar to Starbucks (140THB), I kinda expected better than straight refuse.
They did try to help me by adding additional milk and shots to make it less sweet, and of course, from almost perfect coffee, the mixture became horrible, so I'm not sure if they were helping or making it worse.
What I'm curious is, they could add more shot and milk. If they just put those into another cup with a syrup, it'd be the same as making another coffee for me.
Then the staff seemed to know I'm not satisfied and probably won't give them a good review, so that staff just ignored me.
Now I'm guessing how many good reviews are from the promo and discounts.
Anyway, my coffee was ruined, the staff ignored to give me promo instead of solving the issue to make good experience.
This review likely won't reach the owner or manager as I couldn't find any reply in many reviews.
But just in case, if you are going to use some promo, please make a good experience and come up with a better way to solve the problem.
I know I'm just a single person who used to visit your cafe every time I visit Emsphere out of many customers, but it maybe a time to find another shop until you make good...

Napkins and forks were provided right away, and the staff made sure to ask if we wanted cream for our coffee. The rainbow cake was a delightful pairing with the hot black coffee, offering a vibrant, sweet contrast. The white chocolate cheesecake stood out with its silky smooth texture and a perfect balance of creamy richness and a crisp, Oreo-like crust. The caramel Frappuccino was a pleasant surprise—smooth and not overly sweet, with a bold coffee flavor that didn’t get lost in the sweetness. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I'm so glad we took the time to sit down and enjoy these treats. I absolutely love the vibrant, colorful bird wallpaper—it adds such a cheerful and lively touch to the space! If you're looking to introduce your significant other to the charm of a tea party, this is the perfect place to start. The irresistible desserts will capture their attention, and from there, you can gradually ease them into the full tea party experience in the future. It's a sweet way to make...
Read moreA trip to Bangkok and not trying out the city’s coffee spots would have been incomplete. We bumped on the s19 coffee and it was pretty good. Well brewed at siam paragon and we tried the Ethiopian sidamo here.
First impression — I typically don’t look at the menu, but look for other ways to identity how serious are the spots about their coffee. Neatly packaged beans, variety, good information for consumers, and serious tools can tell you a lot more on how your coffee is going to turn out.
Bought back the beans, and highly recommend this spot if you are in Bangkok.
Very rare to spot places in busy malls serving you good coffee that too - filter. But these folks know their work well! And once again accessibility to good coffee wins. I keep repeating this — the ones who will make speciality coffee ‘accessible’ are likely to succeed and win the long game in this ecosystem. Will be back...
