E-motion Restaurant — Restaurant in Khlong Toei Nuea Subdistrict

My husband and I decided to celebrate our anniversary somewhere special. We live nearby, saw this newly opened restaurant and decided to give it a shot. What can I say? It was one of the most amazing dining experiences we’ve ever had! The staff were so attentive and polite, carefully asked for our feedback on every dish. The atmosphere is really cool too! Minimalistic design with cool interior decor. Aaaand the food! The menu makes you wanna try every single dish! Very unique, not trivial and boring like in most places. For a desert we ordered Rum Baba with berries and mascarpone cream (too bad I didn’t take a photo) it was incredible! The serving, the taste 😍 The wine selection is also great! Pairs well with the food. So if you’re looking for a special place, this one is must try! P.S. Didn’t take many photos as it was our anniversary. But here...

This place used to be amazing, but it seems they changed ownership over the last year. The high rating here is still reflecting the old management, so don't be fooled by the positive reviews.

The pictures of the food on this Google maps listing are largely not available anymore, since they changed practically everything.

They used to have incredible food (as you can see in the pictures), like the panzanela with feta cream, steak tartare with bone marrow, beef cheeks, and kimchi tomatoes with hummus. They changed the menu and the chef though. The waiters and manager have also changed.

Now, it's just a mediocre place offering things like a burger with fries. Their beef cheeks and Tom Yum soup is still OK.

I’m never visiting a restaurant twice, if I’m on a business trip but I made an exception, I went in first time into the emotion restaurant followed up by today. What a nice service from the beginning to the end in this restaurant. As Appetizer I got fresh warm bread with a salty butter, Yummmmie! On both days I took the Wagyu Burger, fantastic taste of meat combined with mixed pickles and salad wrapped in a fresh patty. A small and good wine card or take a fresh beer, what I made and that all in a nice and cozy decor. My best wishes combined with much success will accompany the Restaurant Emotion on my way to Berlin. I'll be back, if staying next...
