I recently visited Sushiro, Kuru kuru sushi style, a conveyor belt sushi restaurant, and overall, I had a decent experience. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, and all the staff members were friendly and provided great service. As soon as we walked in, they greeted us with a loud "welcome," in Japanese which was a nice touch.
The menu consisted of sushi plates of different colors, with each color indicating a different price point, ranging from 40THB to 120THB. The sushi was fresh and had a good aroma, and we were able to pick the plates we wanted directly from the conveyor belt. Additionally, the restaurant offered children's seats upon request, which was convenient for my family.
Another great thing about Kuru kuru sushi style was that they provided free hot green tea at the table, which was a nice touch. The prices were also affordable and reasonable, making it a great option for families and those on a budget.
However, the one thing that left me feeling frustrated was their marketing campaign. They give you one stamp for every purchase of 400THB, and if you collect enough stamps, you can redeem them for various rewards.
Their pretty cute doll equals 24 stamps.
However, they only give one card per couple, which means that if you go as a group, you'll end up with multiple cards that can't synchronize with each other. Moreover, these cards are only valid for a month, which seems pointless since it's unlikely that a couple would spend 10,000THB on sushi in a single month.

However, I must express my deep disappointment following a recent visit to this particular branch, which I rarely frequent due to its distance from my home. On Sunday, my dining experience with my family was regrettably far from the exceptional quality I’ve come to expect.
The food served was notably subpar, with the quality noticeably declining compared to previous visits. The dishes, which were visually appealing in the advertised photos, failed to live up to their promise. One dish, in particular, arrived in a disheveled and unappetizing state. To make matters worse, the shrimp had an unpleasant, overly fishy odor that was simply off-putting.
In addition, despite requesting three glasses of water, none were delivered. Afterward, I provided honest and constructive feedback, hoping to encourage improvements in service rather than seeking compensation. However, the response from the restaurant’s management was dismissive, stating that everything was in accordance with their standard. As a loyal customer, I found this response both disheartening and frustrating.

We are long term customers of Sushiro in Thailand, visiting 20+ times, mostly at Central World Branch. But today we had a very bad experience at Sushiro IconSiam.
We arrived Sushiro at around 5:20pm, took the number and wait at the waiting area. But the waiting time is extra long today. After 50 mins, only 10 numbers passed. We saw a lot of tables are left uncleaned for a long time and obviously that's why the waiting time is so long.
I tried to ask the staffs what's happened but surprisingly no one replied me. They all just left and ignored me until I need to lift my voice and ask why these table are not cleaned, someone start to tell me that the payment system went wrong.
It is incredibaly disappionting because: The staffs are really unprofessional as most of them ignored my questions and simply went away, being very unrespectful. The staffs should have inform us the payment problem at the time we got our number. They only proceed 10 numbers in 50 mins and we are still 40 numbers away. They let us waiting outside...
