Railay Bar & Bistro — Restaurant in Krabi Province

Me and my boyfriend went to eat here, after taking ONE bite of my hash brown from my full English breakfast it was freezing cold. So I felt everything with my hand to make sure it was hot it was all freezing. Called the waitress over who was very rude huffing and puffing when ordering my food because I wanted to change my fried egg to a scramble she said it was because we were sat to close to the fan bare in mind the food had came out only a minute prior! She then picked the plate up and said the plates warm so made her touch the food she strugged her shoulders. Seconds after she rang someone standing next to us speaking in thai and handed my boyfriend the phone (the boss was on the phone) she basically said he still has to pay because he had a bite. Unfortunately not a great experience here this morning. I ordered avocado with poached egg on toast and a side order of sausage. The toast was soggy and not so toasted or crunchy AT ALL, the avocado was very bland(from a bag I suspect)and more than 15 minutes later my sausage still wasn't there. When I went to cancel they said yeah they take a little bit longer... It's part of a breakfast you eat with your eggs and that should all come at the same time. The coffee was tasty and the waitress was nice. This area still has the wafts of sewer smell which is not nice when you're trying to relax with breakfast. It's been an ongoing problem that they are fixing and it is better than it was last time I would see it. Overall Not a great breakfast experience and I definitely wouldn't be back...

Amazing, fresh cleaner feeling food at local prices! I ate pineapple rice here two days in a row and since have tried a few of the other Thai dishes as well as the avo on toast. All we're great. My partner loved the acai bowl and ate this every day! The smoothie mix drinks really are very good here and nicer than most you would pick up on the street. Staff are all lovely, friendly and kind people and make your experience great whilst being here. We have visited every day in our five day visit for one or more of our meals! It's great to sit outside and watch the cheeky monkeys and people passing on their days. Definitely recommend. Great vegetarian options too.

Only downside is they charge 40 baht for oak milk which to me is pretty outrageous, so never ordered...
