The Heart Restaurant — Restaurant in Krabi Province

We decided to try this restaurant because it had very nice reviews but we're a bit disappointed. We ordered the prawn tempo, the papaya salad with crab, fried rice, and the squid with lemon as it looked really good on the photo of the menu. The prawn tempura was nice, but we were surprised to learn that the crab in the papaya salad was served raw. We ended up no eating it at all as we were scared we could get bacteria contamination. The fried rice and the papaya salad itself were tasty but we were also disappointed with the squid which looked nothing like the menu photo and was a bit tough unfortunately. Worst thing ever! We waited about 1 hour for one garlic bread, seafood spaghetti and fried rice, and the restaurant only has six tables. The bread was from the day before for sure.. but this was not the worst part of the story. The spaghetti was supposed to have tomato sauce but in fact it was ketchup… and worse than that the spaghetti had MOLD on it, which is unsanitary and can lead to food poison!!!! Me and my friend went here for the rating, in the restaurant were 4 tables counting us only; they took over 45 mins to bring us the food, we were about to go to tour, and had to ask for a takeout since we could not make it to eat, it took an extra 10 mins to get the food. I ordered mussels and there it was a language barrier, the waitress didn’t add it, however, she added something else to our bill under 90BTH that we don’t know what it is, and they refused to give it back.
