Food was truly divine with excellent service. We took the 8-course meal as it offered the best value for money.
For the beef there is an additional top up of 1.2 baht for the 6-course meal. As such it was more worth to take up the 8-course meal.
The flavours in the course is amazing and offered a very high level of savoury satisfaction without being too overpowering in each course.
For me the highlight was the prawn with a superb sauce.
If you are going as two or more, consider taking the duck(canard) as well instead of just going for the wagyu beef. The two dishes truly outperform in their own arenas. The burst of flavour with the duck and foie gras was phenomenal.
The beef melts in your mouth and is savoury enough by itself without the sauce. Combine the sauce with the wasabi together with the beef to have a full flavoured experience.
The binchotan dessert was the best dessert I ever had in a fine dining course. There is a triple layered flavour that blends and transitions very well.
This has been the best meal of my life thus far. In total we spent about 14.5k baht but it is an experience you will not forget!

Read moreWent there with my wife and we both really enjoyed the experience. Everything about the food is 100% worth the Michelin Star but the service has to improve in order for us to rate it a five star experience.
The waiters are nice, tentative and capable of balancing the informal and formal approach. But basic things went wrong from the start - when we sat we were immediately handed the wine menu but the dinner menu was missing. Shortly after the waiters brought in a cold towel for us to freshen up before the dinner and almost at the same time another waiter brought us the entrees as well. We ordered the 6 course menu and a bottle of champagne for the dinner and were given some champagne glasses but the waiters forgot to remove the red wine glasses and the used towels.
These are all small things that mustn’t go wrong when you are a Michelin Starred restaurant - it didn’t harm our overall experience, in fact the good spirit of our waiters made it a dinner we will remember and we will happily come back for another...
Read moreThe interior of the restaurant, the terrace view and the kindness and accuracy of the staff are the best.
The dishes are quite a combination of the east and the west, but in the case of Oriental people like me, it makes me feel like It can not catch the point accurately between the features of both.
It's okay if it's a typical high-end restaurant, but if it's a restaurant that's got a Michelin Guide and if you look at the price, it makes me think that it's a good idea for the chef to take on the challenge again.
But it did not mean that the dish was tasteless I was able to feel the efforts of one chef to bring the harmony of the east and the west into the food. However, I did not have the impression that I felt every time I visited the Michelin Stars restaurant. I am sorry to write in a long with Just one meal. and actually it was a pretty good meal. but If you think about the price, you definitely need to focus on the changes and the essence of each dish.
I really enjoyed with dried seaweed,...
