Visited flagship store located in Mahatun Plaza, Rise offer great selection of coffee beans. They offer varieties methods of coffee from espresso based drinks, pour over even cold brew on top of few other drinks like chocolate and tea to name a few (no discrimination for non coffee drinker).

First impression about the store, which happened to have roasting facility as well; was the cleanliness and aesthetically design cafe. Love the bright light and simple furniture.

Ordered an americano, espresso and also saenchai estate filter (pour over) coffee during the visit.

Chosed Good Day beans (100% from Thailand) for both espresso and americano which turns out to be really nice although it’s medium roast. Quite significant on the acidity taste since it’s roasted medium but also notice the chocolaty taste as well.

Filter coffee on the other hand is fulfilling with the black tea + fruity taste, with hint of acidity and sweet taste.

Also bought a pack of Good Day beans and a pack of Daydreamer beans which won Australia International Coffee award last year.

The quality is just outstanding. Whether I was grabbing a perfectly crafted flat white to start the day, a refreshing iced coffee to beat the heat, or a nuanced pour-over filter in the afternoon, every cup was exceptional. The vibe and execution are world-class; it has that modern, specialty coffee style that would feel right at home in any top-tier Sydney or Melbourne cafe. Some of the coffee specials were amazing, like the black fizz and dirty cereal killer. The service is incredibly fast and efficient, which was a lifesaver on busy work days. While I didn't get to try them, the pastries in the cabinet always looked delicious and fresh. If you're serious about great tasting coffee, you absolutely cannot miss this place....
