Pad Thai stall — Restaurant in Makkasan Subdistrict

It was nice to find this spot while looking for a place to eat near The Market Bangkok. Saw the google maps pin and was curious to have 4.9 stars. I must say I LOVE pad thai, and I always look for a few places everytime I visit thailad. First this place is so very quaint, public road in the back and very very simple. The grandma makes it fresh in front of you. And they have tables next to the actual stall. It’s hot outside of course, but i don’t mind. The pad thai was HEAVEN. i loveeeeeee spicy foods and oh boy did this have a glorious kick to it. And it was so damn flavorful. The noodles were a nice chewyness, and the meat was sooo tender and just bursting with flavor. The aroma was so enticing it made me realllllllly have such a good apetite. A very underrated place that should be more recognizable. The location is very inconspicuous and hard to find, but it's worth coming even if it's not on the way. Encouraged by a YouTube video by a Polish food critic, we came to try the pad thai. Considering the quality of the food, the price is very good (70 baht), the portion is perfect so you don't leave hungry and don't overeat. All the flavors combine to create a coherent whole. A bit too spicy for me, but I guess that's just the charm of Thailand and even people who aren't used to spicy food can like it without getting tired...

Honestly, some of the best pad Thai I’ve had in Thailand. I went on a Monday afternoon (it was also raining) and no one was there when I first arrived. The food was served so fresh, and there was so much flavor in every bite. Don’t forget to ask for the orange juice! It was soo good. I definitely plan on coming back before I leave.
