A premium and cool (boat) noodle shop in 7F CTW open area across Ippudo/Momo-Paradise. Labo sounds cool, "meat laboratory" (the cow + lab logo) 🧪⚗🐮
Environment is comfy, clean with modern design. Offers well designed menu including beef (usual and wagyu), pork, noodle (choose different type) and various snacks. Food is delicious with nice presentation, bowl using Thai traditional procelain. Staff are very efficient and helpful, and can speak fluent English, foreigner friendly.
Price maybe 2 or 3 more times than those local boat noodle shops but it would be worth it for added values and experience.
Portion wise, I recommend adding a bowl of rice too. After finishing noodle, the sauce soup of boat noodle also go well with rice.

Located at the top floor in central world. They offer 2 kind of beef, sirloin and wagyu. If you are not a fan of beef, they have pork as well. I had the wagyu one, very delicious. The soup based is great! I love boat noodles but not a fan of strong taste. Their soup is good! Not salty! Im so happy about it because I have to add a lot of water in the soup in other restaurants serve boat noodles.
I can say this one is the best so far I’ve tried in BKK.
Also the staff is very nice, good service! Very kind to help us tick the menu form with full of Thai. And very friendly when I asked for more soup (because I top up another noodles and not enough soup)
I’ll definitely...

For the price I would expect better food quality but it was pretty average.
They are known for boat noodles where you have the option to pay more for premium beef. We got the spicy beef noodle soup and I like the hint of spice to the soup as most beef boat noodles aren’t spicy. The beef is not overcooked too. It’s not exactly outstanding, but you do get a decent bowl of beef noodle soup.
However, the dry noodle with chicken, sweet sauce and onsen egg was disappointing. Onsen egg is overcooked and it feels like the different elements of the dish doesn’t tie together to deliver an overall cohesive flavour to...
