Are you going to Bangkok , then booking this property is the best decision you have made because I recently went there with my family & who knew this is not a hotel it’s a heaven for people who love positive vibes , homely atmosphere, happy faces around and the best part is every moment is a party here ! Whether it’s a check in with welcome shots at the Moxy bar or the breakfast time with cheerful moxy faces around making your day bloom ! The breakfast yes is not just any breakfast , it’s royalty served on a plate with more than hundred options to choose from & a great tea , juice and even mocktail selection ! You know what , I think in this one life I have to stay at all moxy hotels now after seeing the kind of vibe they offer , it’s definitely not just any hotel , it’s a complete package of great hospitality , warmth and care for guests , even my mother was there in lobby area for 2 straight days for 4-5 hours and there was always someone who played games with her, laughed with her made her feel like a princess !

Housekeeping staff is your go to family , whether it’s a decaf coffee or a lovely tea with some peach shower gels in your person deep dive in bath closet , they have kept is all sorted !

My happiness shows when I kiss my self a happy cheerful day in a personalised hey Shillpa most mirror !

I cannot even express my feelings while writing this review has given me a flashback of memories from my room pretty corners with teddy bears all around to a cool vintage room service phone or a window that gives me the feeling of it’s my sky my world my dreams and everyday is a new happy day !

Whether it’s starting my day with a princess perfect gym or a Pinterest perfect breakfast table , everything from bar to barbecue, from colours to aesthetics , from walk in closet to positive aura all around , this hotel is now my first choice in Bangkok !! Thank you to entire team especially Sunday for making this extra special for my mom & you know what you always feel so protective when your parents grow in age their comfort becomes your priority and so it is mine but at moxy I know it’s a home it’s my playground now !

You know if you are lucky you can also get a dessert gift at the breakfast by the chef and a discount voucher for dining , I got one and enjoyed the dessert oh so yummy !

You know at the Moxy bar they have crafted cocktails inspired by movies isn’t that amazing

Tldr: Hotel sits on prime location (for shoppers) with great service and vibes. Great decor throughout the place and well maintained. Hope the standard continues this way into the future because I plan to stay here on my repeated visits.

Lobby: Perhaps this is a standard Moxy setup, this is my first time staying at Moxy, but the entire decor and vibe of the place is absolutely stunning. It gives off a young and fun vibe once you enter the lobby - which continues till you reach your room.

Room: Decently sized room - i got the corner queen thanks to the team's complimentary upgrade, which i appreciate. Room is kept clean and tidy, with an amazing view of CentralWorld right opposite. Very standard room and everything works as intended. There is also a small/medium size table for you to do some work or put your things to sort them out after a long day. The thing that is a bit unique is the fact that they did not have in room slippers, which they replace with an outdoor slippers which you can use outside of the hotel - which is a nice gesture considering that not all guests would bring open toe footwear to the shopping district. Absolutely love their considerate service.

Service: checkin went smoothly and the service is amazing. Starting from the restaurant, as I was doing work in the shared space, they were kind enough to actually provide dinner service to the desk where I was working. I really appreciate this kind and considerate gesture as this saves me some time/energy to go to the restaurant area to eat. The restaurant staff also keep returning to check on me to make sure all's good and my desk is clean.

During my stay, there was a small hiccup in the room which the team and duty manager immediately rectified. I love their promptness and seriousness about making my stay as comfortable as possible. Even though it was a small thing to me - they took the utmost pride and urgency in resolving it which I truly appreciate. They constantly checked in with me after to make sure my stay is great which made me truly felt heard and taken care of. Shout out to the team for an amazing experience here.

Amenities: this is perhaps the only thing I have a small gripe with. The hotel is perfectly furnished with family friendly activities in the lobby. There is also a decent sized gym for a short workout session. I was just thinking if this place has a rooftop pool facing the shopping district - it would be absolutely amazing.
