Extremely Disappointed by the Lack of Safety and Customer Care!
I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience at Mo-Mo-Paradise’s Central World outlet. On February 21st, my friend and I were dining when an alarming safety incident occurred. The hotpot stove suddenly flared up, catching fire and causing my friend’s jacket to catch flames. Not only did this result in burns to her hand, but it also ruined an expensive piece of clothing.
While I immediately reported the incident to the staff, the response was shockingly inadequate. The only actions taken were to provide burn cream, offer a hospital visit, and waive the meal’s cost—none of which adequately address the distress, damage, and safety concerns this incident caused. The fire was a result of faulty equipment, and as a responsible restaurant, Mo-Mo-Paradise should have much higher safety standards to prevent such dangerous situations.
After emailing and sending a message to the management, I’ve received no response or follow-up on how they plan to address the damage to my friend’s jacket or what steps they will take to ensure this does not happen to other customers. The lack of communication and responsibility is appalling.
I urge anyone thinking of dining here to reconsider, as my experience clearly highlights serious safety concerns that have not been addressed. I sincerely hope that Mo-Mo-Paradise takes this matter seriously and improves both its safety protocols and...

Read moreMomo Paradise is a shabu-sukiyaki restaurant that should be booked in advance. If there are few customers that day, it would be a lucky day for you that have not to wait in the queue in front of the restaurant. For the first time, my mom and I chose this restaurant because we smelled of the soup when we walked past the shop. There are buffets and a la carte options here. We chose a la carte option, which we ordered the beef suki set for each, served with soup, rice, and salad. The last time, I went to eat a buffet with my friends, the standard course is 560 baht course (10% service charge) net 616 baht per person, I think both times the quality of the meat and other ingredients are worth paying. The black shabu soup might be too salty for someone, so I warn you don't forget to add water provided by the staff. As for the buffet, there are two desserts which are ice cream and daifuku both of which have a wide variety of flavors and are very strange to me, which I like green tea ice cream and...
