Kwality Indian and thai Restaurant(HALAL) — Restaurant in Patong

We went to this restaurant after reading the good reviews written by others and when we ordered food we were absolutely SHOCKED !! No doubt the food was overpriced & sub standard quality and also the quantity of food was very less compared to other restaurants.The big turn off was the BULLYING staff and RATS running around the restaurant !! We seriously dont understand why sweet ketchup was added to chilli chicken ???? Not sure why this doesnt make any sense to the owner Vinod Handaa

We were about to leave the premises and the staff assured us the main course will be better and if we dont like it we may leave. Very DISAPPOINTED we got up from the table and the staff who are basically GOONS surrounded us and ripped our money !!

Neither the staff or the owner have any understanding of customer service. They gave us an impression that they are least bothered about a customer returning back as Phuket is tourist place and they can happily CHEAT new tourists arriving

Mr Vinod Handa boasts of himself that he has been running many restaurants in and around Phuket since 1965 and most of the chefs in Phuket have been trained under him !! What nonsense ??

Worst restaurant in Paying area. A guy on the street convinced us the food taste is good and quantity is big. And offered a 10% discount. Since we are tired and do not want to walk any further, decided to try. It's a big mistake. The menu looks attractive, so ordered few items together with my family and friends family. Curd rice served so small , literally 8 to 9spoons. Bhatura delivered smaller than puri and even the server boy agreed it as puri and took back to kitchen for replacement. Came back later with same thing and said it's bathura. Best of all it never come with any curry. Never seen in any country a Bhatura served with out a curry.

While this happening , our next table (a north indian family) faced same issue ... Too small quantity served. They fight with management, pissed off and left with out eating anything. We all left few minutes later with a big lesson learn.

BTW.. i visited this restaurant on 18th March. Can check CC camera for evidence of what I wrote.

I should take pictures of the items served, but missed that in the shock.

Please don't spoil your day/trip by...

WARNING: DO NOT COME HERE!!!

The first red flag about this establishment would be the fact that they failed to spell quality correctly (among the plethora of other things that they failed to do).

The food took an hour (in an empty restaurant) to prepare... which, on the bright side, gave me plenty of time to reflect upon my decision to eat here and write this out.

Once the food finally got to us.. it. was. terrible. My friends, please heed my advice and steer clear of this place.

The food is ridiculously overpriced. Overpriced and horrendous. If I could give this place no stars, I would.
