The restaurant's location and atmosphere are excellent, as it is centrally located in Patong and offers a spacious and open environment.
However, when it comes to the taste of the food, it falls below average. Despite the restaurant's modern and spacious setting, the prices are slightly higher compared to local establishments. In my honest opinion, the food was not worth the price. The pork noodle soup was a complete disappointment, lacking flavor and served lukewarm. Additionally, the noodles were overcooked and mushy. The pineapple fried rice and Tom Yum Kung showed some improvement, but they still paled in comparison to dishes served by local roadside vendors.
I would also like to mention that from the moment my partner and I sat down, we felt rushed to place our order. The waiter repeatedly asked us to order within a short time frame of a few minutes. After a long walk exploring Patong Beach, I was hungry for dinner. Stopped by to have some good Mama’s food here.
It took me a while to choose what I wanted to eat as they have a great menu selection with over 50 unique dishes. Both Thai and Vietnamese dishes, too.
I ordered Vietnamese dish, “Stir Fried Mama With Grilled Pork.” It was prepared well and tasted great, full of flavors. While I waited for my dish, one of the staff I interacted with about Songkran and when it happens in Phuket. She shared with me that it was already over here. So, I shared with her I’ll need to come back in the future.
While I was eating, a young family set next to me with a toddler. The staff was great. They recognized that it was humid in the restaurant and grabbed the fan and pointed towards the young family.
Overall this was a great restaurant and atmosphere. While you eat here, you can enjoy crashing waves in the background, since Patong Beach is across...
Read moreHospitalised - Food Poisoning. My partner and I came across this place after a long search for a place to eat for dinner.
We stopped in as we found it fairly popular and conveniently located close to Bangla Road.
We order beef massaman curry with rice and grilled shrimp. Whilst the food tasted fantastic, a few hours later, my partner and I were not feeling well with violently vomiting and diarrhoea. I admitted my partner to Patong Hospital, where we stayed the night, which completely ruined our activities booked for the next day. I hope this doesn't ruin the rest of our holiday too.
Be aware and read reviews first before eating here as the suspected seafood may not be as fresh...
