The service wasn’t good here. It took them so long to notice us each time, and they never clean the tables after customers leave so all the tables were left dirty for at least an hour. The dirty tables just kept adding up, which ruined the atmosphere. The food here was not as good as the other Bonchon branches I’ve had. They also served our chicken in two batches. We ordered a chicken dish and all pieces came except for ONE singular drumstick, which came on its own 10 minutes later (I’m assuming they counted wrong and did not fry enough to make a whole dish). The prawn and salmon that we ordered were also not fresh at all. The sauce was way too sweet. I don’t recommend at all. The good thing I did enjoy was the welcome drink of butterfly pea lemonade and the fries.

We ordered two pork belly ramen and a hamburger for the kids. It took 45 minutes for the ramen to arrive, and it was disappointing—supposed to taste like Korean ramen but ended up like Japanese soup mixed with instant noodles. Meanwhile, 45 minutes later, the burger and fries still hadn’t arrived. Honestly, I’m speechless. Burger ended up coming out and not surprised Fries and buns were cold…

There’s bonchon branches all over the world. they are remarkably consistent with their chicken, great balance of crispy outside and tender inside. i think they are definitely cut above fast food fried chicken. Now, this is a full service sit-down restaurant. so they have variety of good side dishes. i particularly enjoyed the kimchi ebiko noodles, it went fantastic with my boneless thigh meat in soy garlic sauce. Bonchon is not a cheap meal, but its not expensive either. quality is good and its always clean. if you are from an area where there is no bonchon, definitely stop by.

There’s bonchon branches all over the world. they are remarkably consistent with their chicken, great balance of crispy outside and tender inside. i think they are definitely cut above fast food fried chicken. Now, this is a full service sit-down restaurant. so they have variety of good side dishes. i particularly enjoyed the kimchi ebiko noodles, it went fantastic with my boneless thigh meat in soy garlic sauce. Bonchon is not a cheap meal, but its not expensive either. quality is good and its always clean. if you are from an area where there is no bonchon, definitely stop by.

I have good experience with BonChon in the US before. However, the experience at this location was DISAPPOINTED. The server brought the tofu soup out first. Then forgot to get our drinks. There were many people came after us. They got their orders and left and I were still waiting for the chicken. Then I went up to counter to ask to cancel the chicken if the it was not ready. The server pointed at the chicken in the kitchen counter with an attitude. Oh, forgot to mentioned to that by the time chicken got to us. The soup was already cold. I didn't feel like to eat that point. I just asked the server to pack all the food togo. She took our food to kitchen. But it took her a million years to come back with our food. Never come back even they pay me to eat. ...
