Jiao Zi Guan — Restaurant in Pattaya City

Five stars for food of such high quality and such low price which can be found, amazingly, on the top floor (Floor 3 but actually Floor 5 if counting starts with and includes G and M) of Terminal 21, forming a triangle with MK and Shabushi, at the tip of the Eiffel Tower. Beats the gold standard of Ding Tai Fung, in my humble opinion, though the tourists from China talking at the top of their lungs do not enhance appetite — minus one star. As well, the (apparent) owner lying down on a bench seat next to me was revolting — minus one star. Ordered two dishes. Ten minutes later, was told that they didn’t have one of them; no problem, ordered something else. After finishing the order that came, the replacement order still hadn't shown up. Can understand if the restaurant was full; but it was 11:00 in the morning after the door just opened —...

This is a pretty small shop, I had to wait outside as it was full at the time. Ordered the shao long bao, pan fried beef dumplings and the beef noodles. Ok the fried beef dumplings and the beef noodles were excellent tastes just like they do from China. I also saw the food the other patrons ordered and they looked delicious. Price is very good too.

The one major disappointment was the shao long bao...it was pitiful...a proper shao long bao should have a thin wrapper holding the meat and the soup inside. As you can see from my picture mine was all busted and over cooked, and they did not taste good at all.

I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt that maybe they just messed up this time as everything...

This place serves chinese cuisine at affordable prices. A majority of the dishes there were priced in the ranges of 109 - 159 per dish which we felt was very good for the portions we get, especially in a fancy mall.

The food itself tasted quite nice, it wasnt overly oily as some other places we've tried considering its Chinese food. However, we couldn't help but thing a few ingredients were missing in some of the fishes we ordered, though this didn't matter too much.

We wish the locale was decorated a little nicer considering its in Terminal 21. The restaurant is a little run down decorated less nicely ompared to their neighbours.
