One of the staff members seemed visibly displeased by my request initially, but eventually handed over a menu after I explained the situation regarding my friend's pregnancy. This initial interaction left a bit of a negative impression.

Later, when I approached the counter to inquire about ordering through the iPad menus, the same staff member once again gave me an unfriendly look. This made me feel somewhat uncomfortable and unsure if I had done something to upset her. In an attempt to clear the air, I apologized and mentioned that I might have unknowingly caused any inconvenience by asking for assistance with taking the menu to the table.
