BEWARE of getting SCAMMED here!

We came to this Restaurant, and while taking our order, the waiter told us they have a offer right now: "Buy 1 Cocktail - Get 1 Free".

The offer is for "Signature Cocktails" which are with alcohol.

Since we drink no Alcohol, we asked for Cocktails without alcohol. He then showed us the Cocktails without Alcohol and told us we could use the offer here.

We specially asked him again: "If we order one of these without alcohol, we get one for free?, even not being the Signature Cocktails" He clearly said yes.

It seemed like he made a exuse for us, and we thanked him. He happily said "No problem".

Well, when the bill came, both cocktails were on the bill.

We asked why both are on the list, since our waiter told us we would get one for free.

Suddenly they said, that only Signature Cocktails are eligible for the deal. I told them that our waiter showed and told us we would get one without alcohol for free. We clearly asked him, and he said yes.

Then the manager came and told us we can not get one for free, and i told her the story again.

Suddenly they started lying too, they said the offer is "Buy 3 - Get 1 Free". Good that i saw the offer of "Buy 1 - Get 1 free" downstairs and took a picture of it.

You are not only getting scammed here, they are lying too.

At the End, they acknowledged that we are correct and that it was a Mistake.

So we asked "Because of your Mistake we are loosing now, and leaving this restaurant scammed?"

They said "Sorry but yes" and "how sorry" they are.

Well, we don't want a sorry, we just wanted our stolen money back.

When asking the waiter if we can get the offer for no alcohol cocktails, he could've easily told us "NO, only Signature Cocktails" that would've been absolutely no problem.

When he gave us this offer, we thought okay lets try it. We didn't even wanted cocktails actually.

Additionally, the cocktails didn't even tasted good, both of them. They are absolutely not worth their money.

So, always take care here. Best to take a recorder with you here, to record every word the waiters tell you there, otherwise things on your bill will appear and you will never receive it back.

I don’t understand the positive reviews about this place. I was there with my friends and we were so unsatisfied about the food and personal. I ordered a salad. After 60 minutes or more the waiter came to me to say that they don’t have salad. Meanwhile all of my friends finished their food. The only word they know is “sorry”. Ok, I had to order another food which came after 30-45 minutes even if the manager told me that the food will be ready as soon as possible. Ok, I tried to be calm instead of that lack of professionalism and interest of clients wishes, but the last interaction was just disrespectful. They knew that we speak English, and as a “surprise” for us, the bill was in their language. So, Dibuka Phuket, this behavior of your personal and the lack of interest is just unbelievable. Nobody can speak English even if this place is full...

We visited on a rainy day and chose to sit outside because the music inside was quite loud. Interestingly, we ended up enjoying it—especially thanks to the live singer. The girl performing that day had a spectacular voice; her vocal range was incredible, and the way she hit high notes was truly impressive. Honestly, she should consider entering a competition—she has real talent.

The staff were attentive, though a bit overzealous with the water, constantly refilling and opening new bottles until we had to ask them to stop.

We went for the Thai dishes, but later learned that pizza is actually their specialty. Unfortunately, the food we ordered was average, and I couldn’t help but feel that we could have had a better dining...
