Pint Factory — Restaurant in Ratsada

Let me start off by saying that the food here was good. We went during their happy hour and ordered off that menu. 199 Baht for main dish, soup, and a delicious raspberry tea.

When we arrived (Saturday), we tried to order some local Thai craft beers and most of them were sold out. We literally took about 15 mins having to change our selection due to our selections being unavailable. It was quite surprising and a bit disappointing. So even though they may seem they have a large selection, they ultimately do not.

Also there were a lot of mosquitos and flies inside. I understand I'm in Thailand and I should expect these things, but there shouldn't be too many of them. I got bit a couple times while sitting inside.

A complete rip off. A huge selection of beers in bottle and on draft, but the prices are insane. For example Stella Artois costs 375 bath. That’s almost €10! For a poor pint. I’ve lived in Dublin and London and never paid that much for a drink & both countries have higher tax rates and wage bills. For Stella it’s normally less than €4. I’ve been there several times during the day as it does some good value daytime offers for food, but the food is average. It’s used a lot by local people. They’re being completely ripped off but buying into what they believe is a trendy upmarket...

The food is ok. I order salmon pasta and it was tasty. Only one problem, the staff don't speak english or there are a problem of communication because when you ask ''no spicy'' and you repeat '' may pet'', it should no have chilli inside. But there are, and a lot. It was impossible for me to eat that. Whatever, i never saw pasta with chilli and i'm Italiano. So I recommand for Thai people (because they lost their tastes buds for a long time) but for tourist and expat, don't go in...
