The dish that I like the most is fresh oysters. It’s really fresh and big. When you have it with the lime, fried red onions, chilli oil, seafood dipping sauce and then on top with the green veggies (ยอดกระถิน), it’s the bomb in your mouth! It tastes really well together. You won’t taste the fishy smell as those dipping sauce cover it all.

Tom yam kung soup is good and usually Thai would order omelet to eat together. It’s completed each other. Unfortunately we ordered crab omelets, it’s good but there are too many small crab shell which could disturb your appetite. The shrimp curry is also good especially you take sauce and mix with rice. The sweet and salty with creamy from eggs are really good combination.

The hygiene of food is fine but due to sitting on the table next to street with a lot of cars, noisy and pollution, it might end up a lot of dust coming on your plates. But if you do once in a while then it’s okay.

The recommendation to have a meal here is to order many different dish and share the food together. I know it’s not the thing in western culture but you can enjoy different dish...

Overpriced tourist trap...ordered the som tom which was double the price most street vendors charge for better quality. The real kicker was the "Sea Bass" which was actually (and so obviously) tilapia. One bite confirmed that the fish (muddy taste) was definitely not sea bass. Brought it to the attention of the waiter who pulled out the menu and pointed to the description as if that would leave no doubt. Upon insisting that the fish on the table was tilapia (and translated it into Thai on my phone) all hell broke loose with at least five restaurant people who all angrily lied (and of course knew it), saying "sea bass, sea bass, sea bass as if I was too stupid to know the difference." My partner was totally shocked, and quite frankly scared of the drastic change in attitude as those Thai smiles turned quite nasty and very ugly, presumably to save face, which is so ironic because the attitude, hence visage of staff, was terrible. One could easily reason that if people are so adamant about saving face then don't cheat others and get caught being...

We got seated quickly for our party of 10 friends. We were really hungry after a long day of walking around Chinatown and I chose this restaurant because of the “AC room for free inside” sign Lol

The server spoke fluent English and I think he’s the owner’s son. Every time we placed an order, he would yell towards the kitchen to make our dish. The food came out really quickly too!

I ordered their Chrysanthemum Juice and it came in a large bottle that tasted very natural and delicious! I also ordered Stir Fried Surf Clam with Thai Basil and Stir Fried Chinese Morning Glory. The morning glory didn’t taste fully cooked as it came out too fast and my friends warned me that eating the clams might lead to stomachache which I end up not eating it after lol

I did eat some of the other meat dishes that my friends ordered and it tasted really delicious. Overall we had a great time eating dinner together as our first meal at...

One of the best grilled seafood place in Chinatown. I quite enjoyed the grilled shrimp, the grilled scallops with this pork meat inside was quite nice too. They have a basket near your table so you can chuck the shells out right away. The seafood soup was filled to the brim with seafood and it was so tasty. We ordered the calamari, the quid stuff and all the rest as I was with a group of big eaters! haha we enjoyed sitting out on the street watching the traffic and people gong by and enjoying the street side food experience. They also have a place inside as well in case you didn't want to sit outside because of the heat. I would recommend to come here with a nice chilled brew and order the grilled seafood and enjoy! We had dinner here as T&K was full and this place is kind of empty and have lots of seats. Turn out it was a bad experience for me and my family. The food served was not as fresh as it seemed. The mantis prawns we ordered which is 800baht per tail were not worth the price. The fried water mimosa is too hard to chew. The grilled cockles were not fresh some of it even smell weird (that’s why we can finished). The fried oysters is the worst fried oysters I’ve ever tasted in Bangkok. As a conclusion, what you see is not what you’ll served, what you’ve paid is not worth the price. We have 6 adults with 2kids and 1baby. total bill was 3100baht: 2 tails Mantis prawns, grilled cockles, fried oysters, crab fried rice, fried water mimosa 2bottle of chrysanthemum water. Judge yourself whether it’s worthy.
