I recently had the pleasure of dining at Grilled Town in Bangkok, and it was a delightful experience. The restaurant offers a diverse menu that showcases flavors from both Indian and Pakistani cuisines.

I started my meal with the chicken karahi, and I was immediately captivated by its aromatic and tantalizing spices. The chicken was tender and succulent, perfectly cooked in a rich tomato-based gravy that had a delightful balance of tanginess and heat. Each bite was a burst of flavor that left me craving more.

The naan served at Grilled Town was simply outstanding. It was freshly baked, soft, and had just the right amount of chewiness. It was the perfect accompaniment to the flavorful karahi, allowing me to savor every bit of the dish.

To end my meal on a sweet note, I couldn't resist trying the rasmalai. It was a heavenly dessert that surpassed my expectations. The soft cheese dumplings soaked in sweetened milk were incredibly indulgent, and the garnishing of nuts added a delightful crunch. It was a true celebration of sweetness and a perfect way to conclude the dining experience.

The ambiance at Grilled Town was inviting and comfortable, with attentive and friendly staff who were knowledgeable about the menu. The restaurant's commitment to quality ingredients and authentic flavors shone through in every dish.

Overall, I highly recommend Grilled Town in Bangkok for a memorable culinary journey through Indian and Pakistani cuisine. Whether you're a fan of chicken karahi, naan, or delectable desserts like rasmalai, this restaurant is sure to leave your taste...

Dining at this five-star restaurant was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The moment we walked in, we were greeted with genuine warmth and impeccable professionalism by the staff, whose attentiveness and grace made us feel truly valued. The ambiance was elegant yet welcoming, perfectly setting the tone for the culinary journey ahead. Every dish was a masterpiece — beautifully plated, bursting with flavor, and crafted with the finest ingredients. From the melt-in-your-mouth appetizers to the exquisitely seasoned main courses and the decadent, artfully presented desserts, each bite was a celebration of culinary excellence. The chef’s creativity and attention to detail were evident in every course, blending textures, colors, and flavors in ways that were both innovative and deeply satisfying. The service was flawless — prompt without being rushed, informative without being overbearing, and always with a smile. It’s rare to find a place where every element — taste, service, atmosphere, and hospitality — comes together so perfectly. This wasn’t just a meal, it was a remarkable experience I will rave about for a long time.

Things for improvement: play...

Very lucky find after original destination was closed for the night. I got Beef Brain Masala (asked for not spicy) and my friend got the Butter Chicken & a Blueberry mojito (not pictured). The brain masala absolutely blew me away. I’ve never had brain before, so had no idea what to expect, but now my world has been expanded. The butter chicken was yummy and creamy. Both dishes paired very well with the Zeera Rice. We were not expecting 1 order of rice to be as big as the main dishes, so we actually ordered 2 (2nd not pictured). While we both ate a lot of rice, we could’ve been fine with only 1 order. No worries tho - we just took the leftovers back to our hotel. We also tried 1 order of their vegetable samosas (not pictured). They were a bit smaller than I imagined, but they still tasted great with a little bit of spice. The service was fantastic and quick. When we left, we forgot to ask for our leftover food that they packed already. We were already walking down Surawong for a few minutes when we were stopped by a worker to give us our take home containers! I would absolutely come back if I’m craving this cuisine...

Not very often that I will have a chance to eat Indian food. Today I came to try Indian and Pakistani cuisine. I ordered Pani Puri with potato fillings, poured over with sour and tangy sauce, unfamiliar, but very tasty. Next on the menu was chicken fried rice, an ordinary dish but the taste was unexpected and splendid. Palak Paneer was another dish which was made of spinach and cheese. We ate it with Naan and Chicken Karahi. I ended my wonderful meal with Rose Kulfri, a rose ice cream with another one which I could not remember. This is the very first time I have tried Indian food and discovered that every menu is delicious, not too oily and not too much of herbs and spices. Next time, I will take my husband to try Indian food with me and this is my first time to review food which happens to be Indian, very yummy and tasty. 😆
