I don’t think they know about the concept “the customer is always right” because when we tried to correct them about what we ordered, instead of helping us out they decided to argue with us.

I ordered a lemon soda, but they brought a diet lemon soda. When we told them that’s not what I ordered, instead of trying to get us the right soda they argued with us and tried to tell us that what we ordered was the diet soda. I understand language barriers, but this wasn’t it. Also when we were ordering our food, the woman taking our order tried to add extra sauce to our order, which we didn’t ask for, which she again argued with us about.

This isn’t service we expect to receive when eating out. It’s also a family owned joint, but from my experience those kinds of restaurants are where you get the best service. Certainly disappointed.

Also for being the only party in the restaurant, they took quite a while to make 4 smash burgers. They tasted okay. Nothing special...
