As soon as we entered, Joker’s been so nice. Asked if we have any reservations and when I said we didn’t, he still sat us where it had a nice view. Moments later, Garfield approached us to say the reserved area might be better, but I said we probably can’t because it’s already reserved. To my delight he said, “Yes, for you.”

I thought it was a sweet favor from The LORD on my birthday, and when I expressed that to Garfield, he made all the effort to make my birthday dinner with my mom even more special!

Alex also served us with joy!

Everything was good — from the food to the cocktails, to the service, and the exceptional staff.

Will definitely come here again, and recommend to family and friends.

After a full day's shopping in Central (yes, and in Platinum ;-)) you can escape to a very relaxed, chilled pool bar ...and very cool vibe. Just what we needed. Enjoy fabulous views across Central...and the pool.

Enjoy high quality food and drinks, capped with truly warm and heartfelt service from a great team (shout out to khun Garfield and khun Kemika...thank you guys for making it so enjoyable and soooo relaxing!).😊😘❤️

I went for a new year celebration, from Dubai, I was talking by instagram with someone who gave us an offer, took taxi from another part of the city then lady at the entrance reception told us is full and she cannot let us in. After a 10 minutes we paid and she let us in finally, we went next to the pool where are the dancers and the same lady from the entrance was all the time moving us to the other part like is some vip area and basically was empty, very rude, unprofessional, acting like an manager, security and the owner of the bar in the same time, doesn’t have any clue about hospitality! If I could give 0 I would, 1 is too much...
