One of, if not, my most favorite Thaptim Krop. It is love at first bite, the right level of sweetness, creaminess of coconut milk, and the candle aroma. What surprised me the most is how thick the coconut meat we got in the bowl. Thaptim Krop itself is crunchy and the cover is thin, which is the good character of this dessert. แรกไปถึงหน้าร้านก็ดีใจมากๆ ที่จะได้กินสักที(เคยไปแล้วแต่ร้านหยุดยาวเลยไม่ได้ชิมพลาดไปถึง ๓ครั้ง) พอยกถ้วยทับทิมกรอบมาวางที่โต๊ะแล้ว แรกเห็นก็ชวนให้ตักกินโดยเกือบลืมเก็บภาพไว้ก่อน เริ่มชิมทับทิมกรอบก่อนเลยเพราะเป็นดาราเด่นของร้าน พอเคี้ยวก็ได้กลิ่นควันเทียนลอยมาและความกรุบกรอบของแห้วข้างในตามด้วยวุ้นนุ่มๆ ที่หุ้มอยู่ ส่วนน้ำกระทิก็ละมุนซึมเข้าได้ดีกับเกล็ดหิมะของน้ำแข็งใสที่ไสมาละเอียดราวเกล็ดหิมะ ประกอบกับชิ้นลูกตาลใหญ่พอดีคำ ลูกแห้วและริ้วขนุนสีเหลืองที่รสชาติ กลิ่นและเนื้อดีมากๆ จึงทำให้รู้สึกว่าถ้วยนี้ถ้วยเดียวท่าจะไม่พอละ จึงต้องขอชิมแบบที่ชอบๆ อีกถ้วยนึง...
