On Saturday, Jan. 1, 2022, I ate with my wife and two kids at the Cheesecake Factory in Dallas. My wife and I are Cheesecake Factory fanatics and will always go out of our way to eat there if the city we are in has one. Although we were in Dallas for just 12 hours during a layover we made sure to pay CF a visit. We went for lunch and were seated in about 15 minutes…maybe the quickest we have ever been seated at a Cheesecake Factory. Kevin was our server. He apologized when he introduced himself and said that numerous items weren’t available because of limited staffing and supply chain issues. He was carrying a long sheet of receipt paper that listed all the items that weren’t available. Although Kevin said it was mostly brunch items such as pancakes and waffles that were not available, the two items I tried to order (orange chicken and then cashew chicken) were also not available. I ended up getting the spaghetti and meat balls lunch portion. My wife got the Louisiana chicken pasta and my kids ordered from the children’s menu and got mini corn dogs and sliders. Oh yes, let me not forget, we got the cheeseburger spring rolls as an appetizer. We didn’t have to wait long for our food and it was all fresh, hot, and delicious. We split the ‘Smores Galore cheesecake and it was superb. You know what the sign of a good dessert is? When you are completely stuffed but will still eat every bite of a dessert. If you haven’t tried S’mores Galore yet at Cheesecake Factory you need to do it! Kevin was a really good server. Super attentive and outgoing. He tried his best to offer menu suggestions when the items I tried to order weren’t available. It is a nice Cheesecake Factory in a nice part of Dallas. Our kids were not well behaved at our meal and spent more time goofing around at the table instead of eating their lunches. Because of that, we had pretty much all of their sliders, corn dogs, and fries left over. We got boxes so they could maybe eat on the way to the airport. Right when we stepped outside we realized we left the boxes at the table. My wife ran in to try and retrieve them but an employee said they already threw our leftovers out so that was a little disappointing. But overall, this Cheesecake Factory definitely lived up to the solid reputation of the company.

Happy Birthday to ME! Cheesecake Factory is one of my main birthday celebration spots, so on June 19th, my mother and I were in the building! For starters, we were hungry--that poor bread basket didn't have a chance! Our server, Janae (sp?), was very personable and was familiar with several items on the menu, so i trusted her opinion. I dont think I've ever been disappointed with their food. Their menu items appeal to the masses, and their portions are huge! I tried the Truffle Honey Chicken, and it was so good! Their mashed potatoes stay winning, and i had broccoli instead of asparagus. My mom ordered the lunch portion Barbeque Chicken Salad, which is one of my favorites! I mean, who wouldn't love onion rings on top of a salad?!?! Then there's dessert...I tried the lemon raspberry cheesecake. It was tart and tangy--I enjoyed it! My mom, not so much! Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed the food, the service, and the ambiance! I really want to try their brunch. I know those biscuits are going to be something serious!!! Sidebar: I kind of wish they would bring back a few items (Lasagna Verde and Chicken and Biscuits), but I know I'll always be able to find something I like!

If you're looking for an incredible dining experience, the Cheesecake Factory at North Park Mall in Dallas delivers! We arrived at 2 PM and were seated immediately—no wait, just a warm welcome from the hostess. 👍 Our waitress was phenomenal—eloquent, friendly, and had such a great demeanor that made the entire experience feel effortless. Service was quick, and our appetizers, especially the calamari, were on point—crispy, flavorful, and served hot. And the cheesecake? Absolutely superb. I couldn't resist having two slices—one before dinner and one after. Because why not? When you're at the Cheesecake Factory, dessert is the main event! The restaurant was spotless, from the dining area to the well-maintained, odor-free restrooms. Cleanliness and great service go hand in hand here. With just under 7,000 reviews and still holding a solid 4.2-star rating, it’s clear they’re doing a lot of things right. Met friends here during brunch hours on a Sunday. Had a great experience here despite the restaurant being super busy! I had the best drink I’ve ever had in a restaurant, the Bourbon & Honey martini! It was so good that I took a picture of the ingredients to attempt to make at home. Lol For starters, we had the egg roll appetizer sampler and Buffalo blasts for the table. Both were AMAZING! For my meal, I always get the chicken Madeira but I went for something different this time around. I ended up getting the orange chicken with a side of loaded mash (I know weird combination but don’t judge me), it was delicious. The chicken had just the right amount of crisp to the outside skin and the sauce was sweet with a hint of spice. Soooooo good! We sat at a table in the bar and I didn’t catch our server’s name but she was amazing as well. Service was top tier. I also got some red velvet cheesecake to go, bc who can go here and NOT get cheesecake? Not me! Lol Definitely would return to this location and would definitely recommend!

I used to go the Watters Creek location i try Lindas fudge cake i would say i had best 4/10 adams peanut butter cup fudge ripple very dense and sweet not much a chesses cake 2/10 very cherry ghirardelli chocolate cheesecak 8/10 This is very smooth and soft cheesecake. The cake at the bottom is standard but good cake. Next layer up is the chocolate cheesecake or maybe a mousse. It actually made me pause. It is very rich and delicious. It's too bad that it is pretty thin. The big Cherry cheesecake part is the soft part. It almost seems like it is 30% whipped cream. It is quite Cherry flavored. Top is rich and chocolatey cheesecake. Lastly the back is studded with chocolate chips and these red candy curls. Makes for a good stronger chocolate and textural difference Altogether most of this cheesecake sits at like 70% Cherry and 30% chocolate. When you factor in the crunchy back it is more 50/50 chocolate to Cherry and I find it even better.

I came by this location for lunch with my spouse. We were seated immediately upon entry for our lunch time meal. Soon after we were seated, our server came over to the table and introduced herself and she immediately brought our drinks back over within a couple of minutes. She took our order at that time and brought the bread over as soon as she returned. Several minutes later, the server from the kitchen came over to bring the food to the table. The server followed up soon after to see if we needed any additional items or condiments. She came by to make sure we were okay during our meal and then came back after we requested some boxes for the food. We placed the order for our cheesecakes and she brought them back soon after boxed up to go. This visit was in line with what we have come to expect from The Cheesecake Factory restaurants. We visited the restrooms and found them in very good condition and clean.
