Vitavien İstiklal Caddesi şubesinde yaşadığımız deneyim, markanıza yakışmayacak derecede kötü ve saygısız bir tutumla karşılaşmamıza sebep oldu. Üç kişi olarak bir şeyler yemek için gittiğimizde, garson bize üst katlarda üç kişilik yer olmadığını söyledi. Biz de diğer arkadaşımızı bekleyerek içeride oturup oturmayacağımıza karar vereceğimizi belirttik. Bu sırada bir arkadaşımız ihtiyacını gidermek için tuvaleti kullanırken, diğer arkadaşımız içeride oturmak istemediğini söyledi ve biz de mekândan çıktık.

Ancak, tuvaleti kullanan arkadaşımıza kendisini yetkili olarak tanıtan bir kişi, son derece kaba bir şekilde “Hizmet almadan neden tuvaleti kullanıyorsunuz?” diyerek tepki gösterdi. Arkadaşımız, garsonun yukarıda yer olmadığını söylediğini, bu yüzden içeride oturmaktan vazgeçtiğimizi belirtti. Fakat sözde yetkili kişi, garsonun verdiği bilgiyi yalanlayarak yukarıda yer olduğunu iddia etti. Bunun üzerine mekâna geri dönüp yukarı çıkmak istediğimizde ise aynı kişi bu sefer “Yerimiz yok” diyerek çelişkili ve tutarsız bir tavır sergiledi.

Bir markanın en temel görevi, müşteri memnuniyetini sağlamak ve misafirlerine saygılı, tutarlı bir hizmet sunmaktır. Ancak burada tam tersi bir durum yaşandı. Önce “yukarıda yer yok” denilip sonra “vardı” diye tepki verilmesi, ardından tekrar “yerimiz yok” denmesi, tamamen tutarsız ve müşteriyle alay eden bir yaklaşım. Ayrıca, müşterinin tuvaleti kullanmasına bile tahammül edemeyen, kendini yetkili olarak tanıtan kişinin saygısız tutumu, işletmenizin itibarını ciddi şekilde zedelemektedir.

Bu şekilde yönetilen bir işletme, müşteri memnuniyetini hiçe sayarak uzun vadede sadık müşterilerini kaybetmeye mahkûmdur. Eğer marka değerini korumak istiyorsanız, çalışanlarınıza doğru iletişim ve müşteri ilişkileri konusunda gerekli eğitimi vermeli, bu tür saygısız ve keyfi tavırlara kesinlikle izin vermemelisiniz.
