Glamour Rooftop Restaurant — Restaurant in Fatih

I made a reservation for my Mother and I to have dinner on the rooftop. The restaurant is very responsive via Whatsapp message, which was a surprise! Everyone inside also spoke English, which made it very easy for me to communicate with them. It was a pleasant and inviting feeling from the moment we were greeted, downstairs. You're walked into the hotel and guided to the elevator with a smile and high energy. The elevator doors open and you've arrived. If you're with people who can't handle stairs, this level of the restaurant is beautiful and also has the view of the bosphorus. If you can handle some stairs, you go up to the rooftop where once again your welcomed with smiles and positive energy, and an incredible view of the sea and sunset. We were blessed to be there on a day following a heat wave. The wind was blowing beautifully and the ceilings were open, letting in all that fresh sea air. The waiters were always ready and attentive. What I liked the most was watching them laugh together as they worked. They made a great team. They were open to substitutions without hesitation. I didn't have to ask for something more than once. The food was delicious, tender, and fresh. The team then spoiled us with some tea and baklava. We also stayed at the 6th floor(it is also a hotel). We saw this hotel online and decided to stay here because it had a restaurant with beautiful view. You can see beautiful mosques and the palace, the galata tower, etc. I usually don’t leave a review anywhere, this is first time exception. Let’s talk about food, we actually came here on the day we arrived Istanbul. I ordered adana kebap which was amazing, still the best one I had in Istanbul compared to every other nice restaurant we have been to. We came back here for last dinner in Istanbul because after every place we have been to this place was still the best restaurant with the best night view. I ordered some the by called clay pot thingy, which had beef, chicken, egg plant, tomato etc. It was very refreshing but still rich. They also give you nice hummus with bread, which is also good. After you finish, they give you baklava. You might get something more as complimentary, in fast they gave us free shot of some orange cocktail. You can find similar food around this area, and could be cheaper but we never got this much of complimentary, also you will never get this nice view. Unfriendly and rude people. One of the evening we went here without reservation with kids (5 and 8) and after we made an order they came to us and told that if our kids will be loud or bother other people they will move us out of the roof floor to downstairs because we did not make a resrrvation. So rude! Our kids were first of all silent and busy with the phone; secondly, it was only 3 guys sitting far away from our table and no one else. Food was average. In a few days I wanted to make a dinner surprise for my parents and this time reserved a table on the roof floor here day in advance as view is amazing and last time they were grampy and rude because we had no reservation. We received confirmation and were happy as we asked on the open roof corner table. 2 hrs before dinner they sent a message that because of group of 27 people they must cancel my reservation but not to make me disappointed they will move us to downstairs cafe. Not okay to cancel 2 hrs before just because someone came last minute. They just do not like kids and treat you badly if you do not order alcohol which is expensive there. I do not...
