I recently had the unfortunate experience of revisiting the restaurant that I had previously enjoyed four years ago. I must express my disappointment with the drastic decline in both the quality of service and food at this establishment.

In my previous visit, the restaurant had impressed me with its excellent service and delectable dishes. However, my recent encounter was far from satisfactory. From the moment we entered, it was evident that something had changed. The waiter's demeanor was notably rude and unwelcoming, creating an unpleasant atmosphere right from the start.

I asked for a yogurt. To my disappointment, after confirming its availability, we never received the yogurt we ordered. This level of inconsistency is highly disappointing, especially considering the positive memory I had from my prior visit.

The most disappointing aspect of the visit was undoubtedly the food. Our simple request to substitute bulgur with rice was met with a plate of old and poorly-tasting rice. This oversight in fulfilling a basic order is a clear indicator of the restaurant's decline. When I approached the waiter to address the issue, his response was far from professional. Not only did he dismiss our concern, but he also made contradictory statements regarding the rice, even suggesting it was a complimentary gift from the restaurant. This blatant disregard for customer preferences and the overall lack of accountability were deeply disheartening.

In summary, my recent visit to this restaurant was an unfortunate experience that left me feeling unwelcome and unsatisfied. The decline in service quality, coupled with the unappetizing food, stands in stark contrast to the positive memories I had from my previous visit. I regret to say that I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone based on the subpar experience I had. It is my hope that the management takes these concerns seriously and works to restore the restaurant to its former standards...

I visited this place three times. Twice I went by myself, and once I went with a friend. We ordered the kuzu tandır, and I have no complaints about their food—it was delicious. However, when it comes to service, the waiters need training in customer service and respect. They were very impolite and even aggressive at times. I understand that the place can get busy, but that doesn’t justify treating customers poorly. Good service is just as important as good food.

The location and neighborhood are nice. It’s not far from Marmara metro Sirkeci station and the tramvay stop, making it easy to reach. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the setting is comfortable, which makes it a good spot to relax or enjoy a meal. But the poor service really takes away from the overall experience.

I hope the management takes this feedback seriously. Training the staff to be more polite and attentive would make a huge difference. Customers should feel welcomed and respected, not ignored or treated rudely. A little effort in improving customer service could turn this place into a much better dining experience.

In summary, the food is good, and the location is convenient, but the service needs serious improvement. I would recommend this place for the food and atmosphere, but be prepared for less-than-friendly service. If they fix this issue, it could become a much more enjoyable spot...

As a tourist couple, we find out about this place from a cullinary show. We've was greated in front of the restaurant as everybody on the street was. We choose to go upstairs, passing by the kitchen to be seated near the restrooms. The waiter give us the menu and after that, he seated alongside maybe some relatives or friend to drink some tea idk but I was waiting for a lot of minutes before I asked him about out ordered drinks. The guy in his 60s, bald & with glasses - he didn't present himself - told me to get my drinks from the fridge myself. I asked him rhetorically if I understood correctly and he rethink it and bring the drinks afterall. At the end, other guy brings us the kanufe desert and I asked him about the pistachio topping. He shrugg his shoulders and told he's colleague about this and he then asked me if I want another dish; I refused because we wanted to leave the place ASAP. At the end, I made the calcul for the final sum because I had a feeling that we gonna get skamed. And I was right, he asked as 1480 TL when the order was for 1330 TL.
