Only good thing about this place was the live music. The reviews here definitely fooled me honestly. I felt like I didn’t even matter to them here and was neglected. I could just see and feel the avoidance from most employees in the restaurant. I think they know they are one of the highest rated or reviewed restaurants so them seem a little to casual and careless. I had to ask the waiter 4 times for my check to pay. They never even set my table with plates or silverware while the table next to me finished, cleaned up and got set up while I was still sitting there looking at menu. Them don’t seem to care or not have awareness. I asked for recommendation on kebabs since that is their speciality, and they recommend the Adana, but the Adana kebap was very average and super small portion. After spending close to 900 Lira for a one person dinner, I went to another restaurant to eat more because I was still hungry. Prices were not reasonable at all. Soup was alright but needed salt and pepper. They delivered my drink to the wrong table as well. I was literally one person, and made it very easy and simple for them. The table next to me literally order two appetizers and argued for them to bring complimentary tea and desert to them, where I as one person was smooth and spent was more money and got zero customer service. Trash.
