Puto Chika’s approach to massage is both professional and deeply intuitive. She has an incredible ability to identify areas of tension and apply just the right amount of pressure to relieve stress and discomfort. Her technique is a perfect blend of traditional and contemporary methods, ensuring a comprehensive and rejuvenating experience. One of the standout aspects of my session was her attention to detail.She took care of my preferences tailoring each session to ensure maximum benefit. I had the most incredible spa experience with Osin—she is truly a gem! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely at ease with her warm and welcoming energy. The massage itself was beyond amazing; I didn’t even realise how tense I was until she worked her magic. Her technique was flawless, and I left feeling lighter, refreshed, and completely rejuvenated.

The atmosphere was absolutely beautiful—calm, serene, and exactly what a spa should feel like. I’ve had a Turkish bath before where the therapist just wouldn’t stop talking, which completely took away from the relaxation. But Osin created the perfect peaceful environment, allowing me to fully switch off and enjoy every moment.

She is honestly the sweetest person, and her attention to detail and care for her clients truly set her apart. I would go back to Turkey just to visit her again—she’s that good! If you’re looking for the best spa experience, I cannot recommend her enough.

The only downside was the changing rooms—they’re quite small, and I can’t imagine how cramped it must feel during busier months. Luckily, we visited in February when it was quieter, so it wasn’t too much of an issue. But a bit more space would definitely make the experience...
